So this location needs to hire a a new staff. There?s one thing there that barely looks human that has a terrible attitude,... refuses to give a refund, had me walk in the rain for piece of paper and accused me of walking behind her when I asked aquestion. Very rude order taker. He was on the phone the whole time my order was placed. I ordered a double whopper with cheese meal and... was given a single whopper, I also ordered a single whopper meal with no onions and got onions. Fries were cold and there was nowait in line so my food should have been fresh and hot. I called the number several times from the reciept and also the numberposted on the website. No one answered and 1 number was disconnected. This was at the 2notch location. I will never dine thereagain. I will go out my way to dine at the Spears Creek location in Columbia SC. Read more

I ordered 2 orders of impossible burgers with onion rings and 2 orange fantas. I?m disappointed. None of the burgers have... cheese, lettuce, tomato no nothing!!! I got too bread 2 pickles impossible burger and bottom bread. Man are you kidding me!!!Fantas are sugar water. Onion rings are so hard they will break your teeth. It appeared that they have a lack of people working. One person, guessing the manager, was juggling many different chores. You... can only order using the kiosk and it was no cash. Saw 2-3 patrons walk in then back out when they discovered they needed to usethe kiosk. Read more
