I have let so many things slide with this Chick-fil-A but today was the last straw. I ordered a 12 ct nugget meal at 11:25am. I... get my food all the way home just to see that 1. they gave me chicken strips instead of nuggets and 2. the box was labeled as 12grilled nuggets. So I get back in the truck to take them back. My wife goes inside for me to get my correct order. The reason Igave a 2 star is because this is the 4th time this has happened. It was 11:30am when I got my food and they weren't even busyyet; it's too early for making mistakes. Also when my wife went inside to get my correct nuggets the young lady that helped hercouldn't even read the ticket correctly. She brought back 12 grilled nuggets instead when my wife showed her what the actualorder was. ??????????? But at least she was nice about it. Read more
Chick fil A is always our choice out of all of the other fast food restaurants! The service is always excellent, and the... employees are always so courteous. The restaurant and the bathrooms in this particular one are very well kept and clean. Thecommunication is great too! Read more
They were not very kind here at all. We did not even go during a super busy time and they did not seem to care about us at all.... Very unlike other chick-fil-a restaurants I?ve been to. I said thank you to the take out attendant multiple times and they didnot even reply to me. Simple etiquette was not followed and their usual ?my pleasure? did not come once. We even had aninteraction with the manager and had the same outcome. The food was good but got our order wrong, did not add our extra fry evenafter we confirmed it with the drive thru attendant. This location was very busy on a Saturday morning. I went inside to place my order. Should have just going thru the drive... thru. That would have been much faster. We got pepper jack on a sandwich. It didn't melt the slightest bit because the meatwas not warm. Read more
The service was stellar! We went through the drive thru and our order was taken right away. The associate could have taken a... credit card on her handheld terminal, but I wanted to pay with cash, so I paid another associate in a little shelter further upthe line. The line was long, but when we picked up our food it was hot and delicious. Definitely recommend! Read more
Ordered a simple #1 meal and couldn't even remember the fries. Good thing you pay your employees so much! I could have gotten... this kind of service at McDonalds for cheaper. Read more
Chicken sandwich wasn't completely done and had a lot if fat gristle meat. Also the ice cream cone was stale and had black stuff... in the inside of it. Never had a problem here before Read more
Chic fil A is always on point! They always get your order right and on time. If they miss something the bring it to you free. I... have even accidentally left my wallet at home after I had ordered, I tried to get them to hold the order until I returned withmy money but they refused and comped my whole meal. Read more
