Always a good location to go. They move you around fast and food is consistent. Love the addition of the express lane. I do wish... they would expand the options on their app menu. Too often you have to change the size of an idem with the person (meaning youcan't use the express lane) Read more

For two days straight this restaurant has messed up my orders . They're starting to have service like McDonald's. The only... reason why I come to Chick-fil-A is to get the great wonderful service that I can't get from other restaurants. I don't knowwhether people know how to read or they just don't care about paying attention to people's orders, but I shouldn't have to goback and forth to the store when I am really detailed when I explain my order. Drive-thru Express works flawlessly! I?m literally through the line with my food in under 5 minutes. I feel like a VIP driving... past everyone in the ?regular? drive-thru. Definitely order ahead on the app to skip the line! The only thing I hate is thatthey close at 9 PM instead of 10 PM now. You wouldn?t think that hour makes a difference? but it does! Almost every time I wantto get Chic-Fil-A is around 9:30 PM and this place always came through. Now I have to go to Waffle House or Cook Out after 9 PM.It?s hard to adapt - hopefully they?ll change back because I can?t be the only one. Read more

We ordered ahead on the app and our food was ready when we got there and waited for the bathroom, which was great! They were so... busy that their main concern was getting food out not getting refills or sauces. Food tasted ok, warm not really hot. We askedfor well done fries and I don't think we got them that way. We did come at lunch time so I am sure that is why they were notattentive to details. Read more

Don?t mobile order here as it caused a bunch of issues. Somehow my order was lost between confirmation at drive through,... cashier, and arriving at the window. They asked for my mobile receipt to confirm what I ordered but then they just threwtogether a ?close enough? bag of food of what I ordered. The runner was nice though and was nice to go back for the correctsides we ordered. The team was nice but first time I?ve had a big issue with mobile ordering with Chick-fil-A. Read more

I'm a regular and have noticed that service has declined, as with all places it seems. But the quality here still surpasses... other fast food options. Chick-fil-A sauce is the best! And their red pepper packs for salads are incredible!!!! Read more

we have always loved this location, however lately service has been slow. we have tried using the express lane multiple times... but it ends up being slower than the normal line? you pull up after scanning the sign and the workers stare at you instead ofgiving you your order and you end up waiting 20 mins. today we went just for two drinks and it took over 15 minutes. they handedthe cars behind us their food and orders when all we had was two drinks. get a better system or get better workers because thisis not the Chick-fil-A we used to love. I have been eating at Chick-Fil-A for over 20years. Today is the first time that my order was incorrect. I ordered a Grilled... Chicken Sandwich and received a SPICY chicken sandwich. VERY VERY disappointed. I don?t care much for spicy food, I ate itanyways because I was hungry and too far away to turn around when I realized it. Was heading back to North Carolina.
