Yesterday when I came in around 7pm. standing in line I notice where u get your food and the cooks area was disgusting. food... scattered everywhere, it looked like they hadn't did a wipe down in hours. from a guest prospective it doesn't look appeasing orappetizing. I immediately got out of line and went to Salaritas. your restaurant needs to concentrate on cleanliness and alsocustomer service. Okay, so, HEAR ME OUT Don?t let the negative reviews deter you. Okay, so staff may not be the jolliest BUT with a brief intro... they lighten up. These are just babies that work here? they do their job and do what they can. Babygirl on the prep table linewas choppin them onions with no sweat or a tear ! Boss man was grilling them steaks like an OG supposed to! Shawty at theregister making sure every order goes out swiftly! This is their place of work. Totally disappointed with the food at this new highly anticipated Chipotle. I was so excited when I saw that this location was... opening, however, that was short lived especially after my orders tonight. The food was not good at all. I ordered a steak bowl,chicken bowl, and 2 orders of tacos and all were inadequate. The steak was dry and overcooked, the rice was hard, the fooddidn?t have any flavor, and they gave me a lot of rice and barely any meat. I don?t know what is going on with the Chipotlechain both Killian and Two Notch food quality really needs some work. This will be my last order for awhile until this place canget it together. Excited about the new Chipotle near me just went down the drain. Not a very clean establishment. I ask for the manager and it... took him over ten minutes to come to the front. I pointed out how dirty everything looked including the nasty floors. I told himthe employees should be cleaning as they go. He only made an excuse saying that they wipe it down every ten to fifteen minutes. I told him that I had not seen anyone wiping it down since I got there and that I had been standing in line for over twentyminutes. He thanked me but still made excuses. Pretty awesome set up. Using the drive-thru for Mobile Order Pick-up. Customer service is good. I have no complaints. Food was... great as usual! Pretty awesome to have one on this side of town. (UPDATED) I recently used the Chipotlane and had a goodexperience. Even though when I got there there was no chicken for my bowl they offered me more steak on my bowl which I wastotally fine with. The food is good but the service not so much. I?ve been in line for a pick up order for an hour. Nobody has been on the line... making food but there has been 3 employees outside. One on the phone and 2 taking smoke breaks. Read more
Stopped in at lunchtime with coworkers for a bite. The credit card system was experiencing difficulties but the cashier was calm... and pleasant and managed the issue like a pro. The service was a little slow due to the issue. The food was hot and fresh.Unfortunately, no photos this time. The bowl was pretty good for "fast" food. Read more
