This cookout is always a disaster to turn left into or out of. You are better to U turn and do right turns instead. I have had... my order messed up on occasion at this location and the portions seem to pale in comparison with other cookouts in the area.That being said, cookout is still awesome for a quick cheap american bite in general with tons of milkshake flavors. I have been visiting this location for several years and have usually been satisfied with the service. This visit was probably... my last for a while. The food wasn't that good but it was the environment that was unappealing. I know it's hard to find peopleto work right now, but what appeared to be employees came in to talk to the guy behind the counter. They were not pleasant and Icouldn't imagine eating food prepared by them. The gentleman helping me was real good and I hope they can find better people inthe future than the ones that came in harassing the guy working. Read more

Cook Out must do better! I visited recently and ordered a grilled chicken breast sandwich and fries! Why was my chicken breast... in 3 little pieces?... more like a chicken nugget sandwich.. and the taste was off. It was early afternoon. It wasn't like itwas close to closing time, which should also not be an issue. Read more
The food was decent and the price was reasonable. The customer service was terrible and they didn't give me enough food to feed... a person. My order of cheese bites was exactly 3 tiny cheese bites...think tiny pebble sized. My order of onion rings was 4small rings. When I waited 15 minutes in line again, the person was very rude and shoved a bag of a couple more tiny cheesebites. Not worth it. Other Cookouts in town have been better. Read more
Super fast service. Everything always taste great. A good treat once a month or so. First paragraph is from from 4 years ago.... Cookout is still dishing out delicious food quickly. I am a South Carolina man through and through, and I love my slow pitcooked barbecue. And fast food barbecue usually turns me off. But the barbecue sandwich with coleslaw and Texas Pete at cookoutdelights me every time. Update: ordered a barbecue sandwich tray today and I got three very small cheese bites as one of mysides. I have uploaded the picture. Don't know what their rules are on cheese bites as a side, but I've gotten many more in thepast. Read more
