We stopped here on our way to our hotel. The gift shop area is a normal Cracker Barrel gift shop full of adorable items. It took... a few minutes to get seated and when we reached our table we saw why none of the table had been cleaned since the previouscustomers had left. When they did finally clean off a table so they could seat a new customer they just shifted the mess toanother table wiped the "cleaned" table off with a dirty looking rag a something they sprayed from a bottle and seated the nextgroup. Our server was fairly friendly. She took our order and disappeared for a few minutes. When she came back with our drinksshe told my mother that they were out of what she had ordered. Mom ordered the same specialty pancakes I was having and wewaited for our food. The cheesecake pancakes were very good. My father's meal was also good. We ate then looked around the shopa couple of minutes and paid then headed to our hotel. When we left the dining room there were still several tables covered indirty dishes. I have never been in a Cracker Barrel where the dining room looked this dirty. Especially when there were so fewcustomers seated. Read more
We enjoy the Cracker Barrel but this location consistently has slow service. Today the restaurant was absolutely filthy. Tables... around us needed to be bussed and were not cleared and cleaned during the duration of our meal. Very off putting andunappetizing. Read more
MAJOR HYGIENE HAZARD ALERT!! BEWARE!! For my takeout order (Grandma Sample under the name Kingston), I noticed that I was given... syrup in a cup, instead of the regular bottle. Pouring it out, I found a hair in it!! WTH?! There are bottles to avoid thismess! Read more
TLDR; terrible service, food was satisfactory. I arrived for a late lunch/early dinner, with my daughter. We were seated... quickly and the wait began. 5 minutes later 3 people were seated at the table next to us. A few minutes later their waitresscame out and got their drink order. A few minutes later with biscuits & drinks in hand she took their food order. A few minuteslater our waitress finally arrived. She was wearing a burgundy shirt & not like the other waitresses. Took our full order andleft. Brought our drinks shortly thereafter. The table next to us was finishing up their meal when our food finally arrived.Mind you, we've been waiting for a while & she never brought biscuits & jam or to see if we needed anything else. Finished ourfood without seeing our server again. Another waitress had to bring us our check. It's pretty bad when you are being taken careof by a manager & they put in the absolute minimum effort required. Read more
The restaurant was clean and we were seated very quickly today. The hostess and wait staff were friendly. I ordered the Mama's... pancake breakfast as usual but the pancakes are not the same as the use to be fluffy with just right edges. They were cookedlightly. I hope they bring the turkey sausage back. I am not a fan of the new spicy chicken sausage. Read more
2 stars because my food is always ready in a timely manner BUT the food at this location is so flavorless. At other cracker... barrel locations the pancakes are so sweet and delicious I can eat it without syrup. The pancakes here are DRY and taste like agreasy sponge. The bacon was all fat and not crispy how I requested. Won't be returning. Read more
First this place needs a complete cleaning top to bottom ..There cob webs hanging from the duct work that's 4 or 5 inches ... long over the tables .. fans are filthy with dust and dirt over the tables .. walls need cleaning of dust .. the air ductsare coated with dirt piling up on the sides .. with this in sight at the tables what does the kichen look like ?? Now the food.. could not eat the turnips they taste sour or just off .. one person ask for fried chicken got fried chicken fingers .. Iguess it was chicken part right .. one person ask for corn muffins one ask for biscuits and one rolls .. we got no bread at all!! And all this for $50.00 oh last thing look at you menus they need to be thrown away and new ones put out .. the menustell alot about this place worn out .. Mangers and owner needs to take a hard look at their restaurant maybe another line ofwork if this is their standards .. Read more
Food and service was very good. Great homey atmosphere. The portions are generous and the prices are very good.There is an... awesome country store that comprises the entry and everything from A to Z can be found there. I would encourage anyone thatlikes rib sticking food to come here and get your grub on! Read more
