I had placed an order here on 09/09. Before my order had started, someone ahead of me had placed a big order so it had the... system backed up. The gentlemen at the front desk explained that they were a little behind and it would take about 10mins. Hewas extremely nice, and apologetic. The entire team was working so hard and TOGETHER. Wings weren?t even tossed in the sauce. Someone literally just drizzled the sauce across the wings. ????????
Ordered two large pizzas and they both were probably the driest pizzas I've ever had. Barely any sauce on the pizzas and crusts... felt/tasted dry. Will not be ordering from this location again. Read more
Placed an online order for carry out at 4:29pm with the expectation it would be ready by 4:51 as the email stated. When I... arrived I was told that it shows my order was done but they had no idea where it was. I was then asked to wait 10 minutes for aremake which I agreed to do. After waiting about 5 minutes a delivery driver returns with my order she mistakenly attempted todeliver to someone else. When she tried to give me the order that she had just brought back I declined and advised a remake wasalready in progress and I would prefer the fresh order instead. Unfortunately after waiting the requested time I go back insideto get my order and I?m told once again it will be a 10 minute wait because the order is just now going in the oven. No apology,no explanation and the employee had the audacity to get an attitude stating he was never informed it needed to be remade.. afterI literally saw and heard who I assume is the manager request a remake. Irritated at this point, I cancelled the ordercompletely. Overall very unprofessional and a waste of time. I won?t be returning despite this being the closest location to myhouse. 38 weeks pregnant and craving dominos so thanks for ruining it for me ???? Read more
It's never a good experience here. I would say I have had two pleasant transactions out of 50. I usually don't eat from here but... the kids like it and it is close by. On rare occasion you may get someone inside working who seems competent and attentive. 1)The employees park in the handicap and the one spot at the door designated for take out/curbside. 2) When you walk in most ofthe time they just glance at you, no greeting and no immediate need to serve you. It's not only due to performing other tasks,but can also be a personal conversation that needs to finish. I have pulled out my phone multiple visits to time how long ittook before I was greeted. 3) Their quality of pizza isn't bad for a Domino's pizza, it just takes them a while to get them inthe oven. Last two orders have been 30 and 40 minutes before it gets in the oven from when the order has been placed. 5) Laborshortages - That is a thing and this store suffers from that. That is the reason my most recent order hadn't been placed in theoven 45 minutes after placing the order. The lady on the phone was very nice explaining there are only two people working. Stilldoesn't make it right. Overall the food isn't bad, it's that the customer doesn't feel like a priority. Read more
I knew better than to order from here, but figured that maybe things changed. That was not the case. I did the 7.99 take out... special and the pizzas were the size of my hand, poorly made and was presented like half thin crust and half hand tossed. Theabsolute worse pizza's ever. I spoke to the gentleman there and he stated that if I had a problem, they deal with it onlinenow.... SO... I guess this is where I will take my online complaint. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DOMINOS!! You will be disappointedand they truly won't care! See the pictures below! These are supposed to be Large Hand Tossed and Pan Pepperoni Pizzas withextra Pepperoni. Tracker said my order was ready @ 8:26; called and asked about it @ 9:01. Whoever answered the phone hung up after saying ?wAtCh... ThIs? when I was calling about cancellation and getting a refund. I get that sometimes in the food industry things get busy. Butthings like higher volume and understaffing are not the customers fault. And as far as the attitude goes, just quit. If youhate this job so much (which the clown on the phone sounded like) quit and do something else. There are lots of jobs around thearea hiring. It?s not my fault that you?re having to work a job you loathe, that?s your choice. It may just be your lousyattitude that is the reason you?re having to make pizzas in order to pay bills. Read more
