Never again! Waited 2 hrs for my food. Tracker wasn?t working for me to follow and all of a sudden I get a text order complete.... I run to door to see if they left on porch because no one ever ring the bell and no food. I call the store the cashier wasn?thelpful about resolving the situation. She only offered a refund or to remake and I pick up which defeats the purpose ofdelivery duh! Take pride in your store and your customers. Read more

I didn't check the reviews before ordering, just setup a carryout order online while I was in the area. My pizzas were ready... when I arrived and looked good and hot. When eating, I realized the Pacific Veggie pizza didn't have all of the toppings listedonline... if they were out, it wasn't mentioned and there weren't any extra toppings in its place. The pizzas weren't cut welland were heavy with garlic, which was supposed to be brushed on the crust only. Overall, it was okay. Read more
Found hair baked into my pizza. I called and the lady who answered the phone was very nonchalant and offered no apology. She... then proceeded to ask if I wanted it remade or a credit. Then began speaking over me before I could even answer. Their customerservice is awful. Read more
I ordered last minute while I was In the parking lot. The call taker was courteous and efficient. When I walked in to pickup ... my order there was only one person ahead of me so I didnt wait long. I paid for my order and was told it would be just a fewmore minutes. Then the front person got busy answering calls and forgot I was there. The guys in the back were telling storiesand laughing loudly. I looked up at the screen and observed that my food has been ready. I asked one of the guys in back toplease hand me my order. He did so. My wait went from 15 mins to 45. Only bad part. My food was hot and delicious! Read more
We ordered a pizza through the app and were able to track the progress of our order. The pizza went out for delivery over an... hour-and-a-half after it came out of the oven. When I called the store to inquire about the wait, they said they were shortstaffed. I asked, "But won't the pizza be cold and soggy?" The reply was, "Call the manager." Ugh. Read more
Thank God for insurance! Domino's is my favorite cheap place to get pizza. I've NEVER had to leave 1 star. I ordered double... pepperoni, extra cheese, and hot sauce (I needed hot sauce since I just moved in and have none). Think I got any of this?! Nope.Looks like a regular pepperoni pizza. Better pick up with this location and not get it delivered. Only good thing was mydelivery driver was cute. Read more
Horrible management. Waited a hr n 15 minutes for the pizza, cold not even room temp, missing bacon, 7 jalapenos on the whole... thing, did not have my 2 ltr of coke, no dipping cup .$38 for a cold wrong pizza n almost 2 hrs later I still have no drink. Icalled n the manager says I should of greeted him nicer? Lol n says he'll give me ten dollars credit.. wow man. Where's mydrink? What am I supposed to do with the garlic cup even if I do get it now? I feel like I got robbed for real. N dude was superrude started saying things too me on how I should feel lol n hangs up. I'm definitely contacting corporate n I'm not leaving italone until that manager gets fired. I've actually managed a dominoes before, so I definitely know how it works. Read more
