Did an online order for delivery. Was first time for this location to order. Waited about 90 mins and the online status sat at... QC for 35 or so. Then my order was cancelled. When I called the store the automated system recognized my number and my order.When asked for an explanation after getting through to talk to someone I was given a lousy answer as to why. The garlic knots were hard and the Buffalo pizza crust was hard. Usually my order is always right and fresh.
Fast service! Friendly service! Although one of my pizza was not ready/possibly mixed in with someone else's order. so I had to... wait another to be cooked or get my account credited. I ordered pizza at 5:56. Not a ridiculous time to order. We called numerous times because it said delivery time would only be 37... minutes. It is 10:36 at night now, and they told up the delivery driver went home an hour ago. Absolute trash. Read more
Ordered online and picked up in the store! it was good! Those bread twists are soo good with the Marinara sauce. The pasta was... slightly dry but it could have just been me preferring more sauce. Still yummy. Pickup was easy and my food was hot! Thank you! Read more
