If I could give this store no stars, I would. I've been to this location several times. They are ALWAYS out of particular donuts... ; & extremely slow. I attributed this to it being early in the morning/ the store dealing w/ many customers. Today I ordered byway of Doordash, not early in the morning, but after 3pm. Guess, what not ONE donut I ordered was available. The workers wererude to the Dasher.I could hear the Dasher trying to resolve the matter while on the phone w/ me. I ended up selecting donuts Igenerally don't eat. Only for the donuts to arrive being dried out/old. You don't have to touch, eat, or pick up the donuts todetermine the freshness. This location has its ups and downs in the 6 years I've been a customer. Cloe the new manager has worked from the bottom up to... her current position and has always been friendly and concerned for the customer. I feel much better about my experiences withher leading the newly remodeled store to a better future. Thanks for always caring about a regular! Read more

Three times I went to this DD location and they did not have simple things off the menu what I wanted (side note this is 7:15... AM), first time I wanted an OJ I was told they have no OJ, second wanted a blueberry muffin again no muffins, third time askedfor cream cheese, you guessed no cream cheese! I was traveling a Sunday morning wanting a bagel but not wanting to get too far off of the interstate. Dunkin' Donuts came up on... the map and I gave it a shot despite several negative reviews about customer service and lack of bagels. There were three orfour people working and I was the only customer inside the store at the moment I went in. I was helped with a smile, my coffeewas made to order my bagel was toasted just right and it was a pleasant experience. The Bagel was not the best I've ever had butthat has nothing to do with their customer service. Don't pass this place by because of old negative reviews! Read more

The last time I was at this location was 1 year ago. I was hoping they had made some changes. Apparently I was wrong. I ordered... an ice coffee with cream and sugar nothing crazy. I got a coffee with little cream and no sugar what so ever. I don'tunderstand how I'm reading old reviews from years ago and people are still getting terrible service. The owner needs to pay moreattention to what customers are saying and make changes. I've decided today will be the last time I waste money on terriblecustomer service and the lack of care to make sure an order is correct. Also asked for strawberry cream cheese and didn't getany. I wonder how much business they have already lost. This is super sad. Read more

Told there wasn?t any ?mocha? flavor. So I ordered the ?original? (no flavor) frozen coffee. When she hands it to me, and I... question why it looked so dark? She said it was the original. Now, I can?t even taste it to see how it was, because they ran OUTof straws as well, and it has whipped cream. Get home, stir it up, taste it, and it was ALL coffee, no sugar, no milk/cream anda few ice pieces, NOT frozen!! SMDH Read more

Placed order in the Dunkin mobile app. Paid in the app and gave drive through pickup. Waited in the queue for 25 minutes. In the... drive through speaker, I told my name and mobile order, the lady said to come and pickup at the window. When I came to window topickup, the young lady says ?she can?t find my order ?. Then another old lady comes and asks for my name. I told my name andshowed the Dunkin app order confirmation and money I paid already. The old staff says so rude ? she couldn?t find my order andtold me to check if I came to the right store, SERIOUSLY WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH THIS LADY? Are these people HIGH ONSOMETHING?? ????????. PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. Even after showing my order confirmation, payment that lady did not believe.She then went and checked for the donuts and munchkins and said she doesn?t have what I ordered and can only give what they havein store. I took what they had and drove away. WORST STORE, will never come again.
