Ordered from here via Door dash one day. I know this place is empty cause I drive by it a lot. But I wanted to give it a try. ... I ordered half a dozen and some donut holes. All I gotta say is if you want fresh donuts don?t go here. The ones I ate tastedspoiled or worse were just stale. In fact the jelly donut tasted like Cotton candy lol. This is the worst DND I have ever been to. It took 20 minutes to get a barely toasted bagel with literally a teaspoon or less... cream cheese on it. The aqua sage egg and cheese EM had burnt cheese and the muffin wasn?t toasted? how exactly does thathappen? Not to mention their card reader wasn?t working so had to pay cash or wait even more time. Stopped on a Saturday at 11:00 a.m. and they were short on inventory, staff, and pleasantries. I went inside where 2 people... were in line ahead of me but no employee was attending the counter; they all appeared to be working the drive-thru. Finally,after a couple minutes or so, I got someone?s attention, who eventually took all our orders. She was fast, stressed, loud ,stern, and abrupt. There were only about 8 kinds of donuts left, including a lot of the seasonal pumpkin ones they?re pushing. Mine was tasteless, just an ordinary glazed, cake donut, with no flavor, colored orange. Don?t bother. DD is adding storesfaster than it is able to manage them, a classic recipe for disaster for an otherwise successful company. This place is ontrack to fail. It?s the worst managed DD I?ve seen. Skip it, there?s another at every exit. Read more

These people are clowns. They used to be the best Dunkin in the area and now they can?t manage to put together a few hot... chocolates and a BLACK coffee while you?re in the drive through. I?m amazed by the inability to perform simple tasks. I didn?task for the Mona Lisa, and y?all couldn?t handle it. Read more

The service has been pleasant, HOWEVER after the 3rd try ima have to leave two stars. I?m not sure what?s going on with the... coffee part but I?ve gotten 3 different coffees and they ALL lack COFFEE!!!! This is an awful Dunkin?. The staff were sitting around while people needed to be served. All the staff took up all the booths.... There was a line five people deep to use the restroom and they just sat there and no one was moving. Do not stop here. Doanywhere else for coffee and or food. Read more

I went to Dunkin? Donuts the start of July. The lobby was open, so I walked in. I had to say good morning to the employee, as We... were not greeted. The staff is low energy, and outright nasty. This isn?t my first experience. After looking over the donuts, myson and I decided to ask the girl for our selection. The other woman said something to her, that I couldn?t hear. She thenproceeded to tell me the lobby was closed and to order at the drive through. I told her to stick her donuts and left. I wrotecorporate who said they would have the regional manager ring. He rand and told mw to wait until he could get a better signal-that was two weeks ago. I wrote corporate back regarding this and they don?t care either. I grew up with Dunkin? but they aren?tthe same. The customer service had gone to the dogs. If i could give them zero stars I would. Read more

Nastiest attitude. Just left there the lady at the window with the green nails was very rude. They put to much ice in my drink.... I asked them to remake. She told me ask time I have to ask for light ice with a VERY NASTY ATTITUDE. Then she brings out anothercup of ice instead of remaking my coffee. I will be calling corporate.
