Best Dunkin in Columbia!! Staff is great & very friendly. Order is always accurate. They are short staffed most days but they... still smile & keep a positive attitude. I have seen the staff change many times over the last 2 years but the ladies there noware absolutely the best!! I've seen them deal with some really awful customers & stay professional. Slowest drive through I've ever been through. Idk what it is about Columbia in general but it's like nobody knows how to run a... business and nobody wants to work. I literally could have brewed a better pot of coffee in the time it took me standing by atthe speaker. Not to mention the time I spent in the actual line before the speaker. Place is a joke. I play charades with two female workers and I walk to the drive thru window. I ask for my donut after a tensediscussion, though they are friendly. I receive my donut and leave. The donut is glazed blueberry and tastes good. Employees:Do you task until closing time...locking up an hour prior to closing does not alter the store hours on the signs orInternet.
