The food was just okay, I had the Chicken Alfredo w/fettuccine. I still like Carrabas better. The drinks were really bad, I... tried the Mojito and it was so bitter I could not drink it. Then I tried the Sangria, there was no fruit and it was not sweet atall, again very bitter. I gave up! Maybe if I come a second time I’ll try something different. Nice Place, nice atmosphere. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. She would get 5 stars. We ordered the cheese bread and... mozzarella balls. Both were good.. the cheese balls were better Our entres were the Chicken Gorgonzola and the Scallops. Thechicken chunks were very big and chewy plus the tomato slices were way too big. The sauce was good. The scallops were very goodbut the asparagus was so hard, it was inedible. The place didn't seem too busy for a Friday at 630. Pasta Fresca is not what I would consider to be Italian American food. To start with the pasta we were served was labeled as... angel hair, although it did have a good flavor it was not angel hair or "capellini" it was spaghetti . My wife asked for apiece of bread to go with her Ravioli and was told they do not serve bread with dinner??? Italian food without an abundance ofbread at the table?? Really? My salad was suppose to come with dressing but it came without ( a small oversight) I had to askfor it. Chicken parm seemed to be a frozen bought patty. Sauce was nothing to brag about. I asked the hostess as she passed for a second drink and it never came to my table. I asked the hostess again later about it and she said she told my serverabout it. Cannoli was stuffed with a frosting Not a true Cannoli and very small pieces. I would not recomend this restaurantif you are looking for good quality service and italian food. Great spot for Italian food! We were visiting the area and on our way home from being out all day, we ordered take-out from... Pasta Fresca. We were very pleased with our food! They had a great selection of pasta entrees to choose from along with manyother options. We ordered the Shrimp & Prosciutto Rosa and the Gnocchi with Brussels Sprouts. Both were very good and left usfeeling stuffed. The Gnocchi with Brussels sprouts was different, and if you're a Brussel Sprout fan, you'll like this pastadish. They LOAD it with Brussels. The food was well seasoned and absolutely delicious. I had tortellini pasta with creamy marinara and chicken. My husband had... the chicken parmesan. Both dishes were prepared perfectly!! Our server was very attentive and suggested a great wine to pairwith our pasta. No missed opportunities here and I can't wait to try more dishes on their menu. Read more
