My favorite breakfast spot whenever I'm in the Columbia area! Delicious food, good coffee, great staff
A neighbor turned us on to the Eggs Up Grill a few months ago, so we checked it out. Very pleasantly surprised with the food &... friendly service we experienced here. I found my creature comfort food in the Farmhouse Omelette, and my partner enjoyed thefrench toast, and egg's. Portions are generous, and the service is quick to refresh coffee or beverage. We've been back to enjoythe Eggs Up grill regularly since our first visit, and look forward to tasting & enjoying new items on the menu. Kudos to thefriendly staff & workers of this establishment! I was a somewhat frequent patron since business location opened several years ago. I ate there dozens of times. Good: Food... was flavorful with a nice variety of choices. Best experiences were very early morning for breakfast. Usually, wait staff wereproficient. Tyler is a very nice, attentive staff person and does an excellent job. Bad: Found a ?hair? in food/on platethree different times. Makes one wonder about cleanliness and carefulness in the kitchen. Saw a former waitress once put someundefined debris on potatoes (my order) while still on counter from kitchen. Recently, there was a waitress who failed to bringsilverware or check on table. I had to get up and ask another employee for it. She brought my cold food after the attendingsupervisor noticed. I left without dining. I have seen several examples of customer favoritism. I have had situations wherebya wait personnel failed to check back on table and offer a second cup of coffee, even when the establishment was not very busy. Again, I have been served by some proficient and friendly staff. Most of those have left during an extended time period. Ihave conversed with the congenial proprietor/manger in the early days. I assume he?s now focused with another location. I?dwelcome another chat with him if I see him. For now, I am not comfortable returning there anytime soon. My comments are forconstructive feedback. Went there as a morning date with my wife. My 1st time going to Eggs Up Grill. Our Server Kayla B. was great and friendly. The... food was on point and delicious. Would definitely recommend this Eggs Up Grill to anyone. Thanks for a great experience to KaylaB. and the Eggs Up Grill Team. Went back to Eggs Up Grill this morning, 7 May 2022. Got there this morning at 6:15 am for aMother?s Day breakfast. The food this morning was no where near as good as our last visit. Whoever is the cook on this shiftshould be replaced/let go. This was a huge disappointment from a food perspective. The waitress was great and the bathroom wasvery clean and fresh. I so appreciate the wonderful service and attention from the waitress. My wife and I had a LOVELY breakfast on Friday, April 29th. This was our first visit to Eggs Up Grill and we will definitely be... returning. We received a warm, friendly greeting upon entering and we were seated quickly. Our server was taking care ofmultiple tables with good efficiency. There seemed to be great teamwork in play as our order came out quickly and was servedby people from the kitchen. Our food was delicious and cooked properly. It's a small detail, but I really like how they takecare of credit card payments right at the table using a handheld device. The menu has something for everyone with reasonablepricing. I was also surprised to see so many staff members were working and everyone we encountered had a pleasant andfriendly attitude. Read more
Whoever is cooking today on Friday 02/18 please stop them. Steak was horrible and eggs were not cooked all the way. I have eaten... eggs up grill steak multiple times and have never been let down. I work night shift and gave ordered in the morning and gave itout to the guys on my team at night and it was amazing. This is truly a let down. I recommended this location to.a friend and hewas also displeased. Didn't understand why, but now i do. Please go back to the way it was before. Fire whoever you arecurrently using to cook. Unfortunately, I am not a happy customer, and would like my money back. After pleasant experience dinning in lunch on 11/26, and... wanted to repeat it, and come back. So we ordered 2 Cobb salads (exactly what we had on Saturday, 11/26) takeout today, 12/2, inthe morning. I was not able to modify/remove onions and cheese from my salad online while ordering. So after I placed my order Icalled the store three times and nobody picked up the phone. I left a voice message. My husband went to pick up, and of course,nobody received my message, but he was assured they can remake my salad. When I opened the container I realized nobody remadebut picked out whatever cheese and onions were there acc to recipe. Unfortunately, the entire salad did not look like cobb,rather a mixed salad of some sort: onions and cheese could be found there, lettuce was wilted and rotten, third of bacon andthird of chicken from what I was served in my previous Saturday visit, some smooshed avocado pure (not more than a spoonportion). My husband?s bacon portion and chicken portion was pretty much the same as mine. AND none of us had any egg in thesalad.
