After my coworker told me to check this place out, I placed an hour about 30 minutes before my lunch time...which was fine since... the app stated it would take that long to be ready. I got there, had to stand in line waiting. The cashier up front didn't seemto know what day it was, less alone what was going on with orders. She asked me my name 3 times then finally told she didn'thave an order for me. Someone else came up front after hearing my name and gave me an order that was sitting in the drive thruarea. I got back to my office which is about 5 minutes away. I wasn't impresses at all. The pizza was cold and the alfredofettuccine was flavorless. I ordered cheesecake that was just soggy. The best part of my lunch was the breadsticks. For anItalian place, this place truly disappointed me. I've had better pasta from pizza places than I got from here. LET?S NOT DELETE BAD REVIEWS BUT Idc if that?s how you make it all the time, this is an excessive amount of oil lol your cook... did to much talking, I guarantee he wouldn?t have been condescending dealing with me, that?s no threat, I just know how men tendto respond to women vs another man. Fazoli's is great, especially if you are feeding a family on a budget. Its always fresh and the breadsticks are amazing! If you... dine in, you get unlimited breadsticks! The young ladies at the front counter are absolutely so sweet, they clearly enjoy theirjob because they are so friendly and so helpful. It's rare to see that these days. What an interesting experience. I have never been to a "fast-food" Italian restaurant, and I was pleasantly surprised. They have... easy self serve kiosks to place your order as well as a cashier if you'd prefer. The food itself was pretty good too with goodportions. Both of our combo meals were right around $11-12. Both our meals came with bread sticks too, which I was notexpecting. All around a pretty good experience. I will certainly be returning sometime soon. Read more
All I have to say is amazing food , fresh and incredibly nice employees. I recommend numbers 13-15 , I prefer 13 because it... brings fettuccine , Penne pasta , lasagna, and Spaghetti. The Chicken carbonada is amazing too . I prefer to order them with asa combo with the side of pizza. The bread sticks are amazing better than in some other restaurants. Read more

I love this place overall. I have been eating here since 1995 when it opened. However, their service has gone down. Good... employees have quit because the management isn't as good as it was. I drive to this restaurant a lot and most of the time, theyhave a sign on the door that they are closed in the dining room when they should be open. The sign says they are having staffingissues, but it isn't the employee's faults, it's the manager's faults overall. It is management's responsibility to hire andkeep good employees. It's as simple as that. It is not acceptable for the dining room to be closed when it should be open. Read more
