I don?t know what?s going on with this place, but two female staff members on Saturday had an attitude and were rude. One shoved... past me while I had my baby?s diaper bag on my back while I was clearly with my family in line ordering my niece?s ice creamwith only tight space to maneuver. The other female staff was behind the counter asking me questions and fixing my sundae withan attitude. The only reason why it wasn?t that bad of an experience was the young male staff that was rushing, but was stillnice to my family and I. Plus, my sundae still came out amazing. I came in there with all smiles and a good attitude becausethat is what this place is known for. I have visited this marble slabs ever since Sandhills first opened back in the early2000s. I don?t remember being served ice cream with bad customer service. Especially if the customer aren?t rude or nasty to theemployees. Read more
I love this place! The ice cream does so well with me, especially since I?m lactose intolerance. I am able to comfortably eat... and relax right after. I order from here specifically on DoorDash, at least twice every week. However, for the past few weeks Ihave been unable to order. It says its closed until 7pm on Wednesday. When that time comes it still doesn?t let me order. Ireally hope they will be able to see what could be causing this issue. Update: I'm late in updating but I was able to go backto ordering 2 so weeks after this review. I still love this place and the ice cream still sits well with my body! Read more
Very very very bad service. My family and I was out one night after being in for awhile. This is normally our fave place to get... great ice cream and the service was usually great. But this particular night when we drove up the line was at the door. Mostlyof the time even with the line being line the wait time isn?t. Not this time, we waited over 30 min just to get up to where youplace your order. They were two young ladies behind the counter servicing as fast and efficient as they could. I visited this location Saturday and was disappointed with the service. I ordered two scoops of the blue cotton candy on a... regular waffle cone with unicorn sprinkles mixed in. I noticed the females wearing mask and gloves however the males did not.The gentleman who serviced me handed my ice cream cone to me without any gloves or with a napkins and the teenager working theregister was rude and unhelpful. It will be a long time before if I ever return here again. I understand our kids need jobs butplease train them properly on dealing with the public. Read more
What happened to this place ? Like really ?? It?s filthy ! From the moment I walked in, trash every where! The employees has a... mask on their chins not even fully on their face. No gloves ! Seems like they were a little understaffed due to the constantarguments they were having and the bad service. The lady who took our order was so kind, unlike the cashier. They were short staff and is took about 20mins to get ice cream. After leaving the store I noticed I had hair in my ice cream. I... went back in to get it replaced. I noticed that none of the workers had hair nets or using gloves. I strongly recommend theworkers should wear hair and gloves to help prevent incidents like this in the future. Read more
