The idea of the place is a great idea! Only issue is they don't know how to make good food. My food has cheese sauce on it and... wasn't dry which I'll give it but the toppings I ordered were basically non-existent. There was also no flavor! It was like Iwas eating plain wet pasta and at the price they are charging it really should have a bit more toppings and a lot more flavor. I didn?t realize the place was similar to a Mod?s but pasta style. The cashier/waitress didn?t explain the process, but she was... helpful with the ordering process. The food was interesting to say I saw steam coming off the food, the pasta was lukewarm.Needless to say based on that experience I probably won?t give it a second chance, at least not this location. We eat here every time we drive to ?olumbia . The food is excellent . The service always been great since we got to meet the... owners ( Mita I believe it is ) My 4 year old loves this place . Al the proteins ( lobster ! Is awesome , short rib is myfavorite . Then you have chicken , pork and meatballs too !!!! Sandwiches are also very well made. Give it a try you won?t bedisappointed. My wife and I visited on a Wednesday night around 8:30pm. There were about 4-5 other customers inside, but the line moved well.... The employees were helpful in choosing items and sides. I chose the Cuban Sandwich (pictured). It was pretty good, but I did notexpect the ham to be the little salad squares. That was off-putting. Other than that it was a good experience. Read more

The lobster grilled cheese was amazing! I suggest getting a cup of soup if your like to dip your grilled cheese in tomato soup,... they provide a small one with the sandwich but I needed a lot more because it was so good! They were extremely busy when I wentbut the staff kept up with the volume pretty well. You HAVE to get the cookies! They are so soft and yummy! The only reason I?mnot giving 5 stars is because I ordered a cup of soup and it took them forever to finally give it to me.
