First Red Flag The manager at this location was very rude and unprofessional. upon arriving she didn?t greet anyone. I arrived... to pick up order and instead of her handing bag to me she sat on side of table and when mentioned to her she shrugged hershoulders as if I was wrong for calling her out letting her know it was hard to just hand to me so I asked for management andshe said she was management smh at this point must be horrible working for someone like that because she clearly doesn?t likeher job and probably need to think about retirement bringing that kind of energy to work early on a Sunday morning. Every other states honors the breakfast specials 7am-3pm..Not this place, the simple 2 pancakes ,2 sauges , 2 eggs is now $9.... and some change...Breakfast was good just not worth it..Small portions with increase price..My table also has crumbs , that wasleft from previous customers..Why are you not honoring the breakfast special? If I could give it nothing I would. If you don?t like your jobs then do something else. My morning was ruined. Met my mother in... law there to pick up my kid who had been on vacation with her a week. Was so excited to sit down in an iHop because we?ve neverbeen to one. While waiting for a table (25minutes) which isn?t bad, we decided to use the restroom and we got greeted with anattitude that said ?We can?t have you in here waiting?! We were taken back by the tone and aggressiveness and simply asked if wecould use the restroom. I stated well maybe we shouldn?t eat here if it?s going to be a rude place, because who wants to sit inan atmosphere where people hate their jobs and take it out on customers while you visit with your family you don?t get to seeoften. She said I?m sorry I?m not trying to be rude and I replied that it?s OK. So, needless to say we did not get to have lunchtogether as a family before we parted ways. We left right then. Breakfast at IHOP is always good. Our experience was consistent with that. We had the senior 2x2x2 breakfast, with two eggs, two... pancakes and two slices of bacon. It was prepared just the way we asked for it. The coffee was hat and good. The waiter wasfriendly and efficient, better than we see in many restaurants these days. Overall, a delightful breakfast! Bridget is horrible she walked past our table several times and was unprofessional from her greeting. She walked up and asked if... we?re were taken care of?once I said no, she grabbed her head in frustration! She also was acting shocked. She didn?t even putthe reese pieces on the cupcake and had to bring them in a side cup for the kids ! So after years of not wasting my time to go to the sumter IHOP because it's horrible I saw that you had a store up here in... Columbia and since I work here now I thought why not try this store. Guys I'm so glad I did. I forgot how much I missed it. AndPatrick our server fa boo yall. He is a wonderful server. Food hot fast and it's very bust. Good job all around. We will be backsoon.
