I was excited but the cook mess that up for me complaining the whole time about he don?t have help.If you don?t have help don?t... open up the doors and mess people day up.No spinach or mushrooms it didn?t taste good at all. Waitress was nice and food was not bad. A little salty. I ordered chicken fillets but they were out of it so they replaced it... with chicken strips with my permission. I didn't like mac n cheese. Got there around 12:30 pm on a Sunday. There were only about 3 other families waiting ahead of us, but were told it would be a... 35 to 40 minute wait. The restaurant was only at about 75% capacity, with two total servers working the floor. After my friendand I were eventually seated, a host or manager took our drink orders. Another 25 to 30 minutes passed before our server came totake our order. Another 30 minutes passed, during which time most of the other tables became unoccupied. And then when itfinally came out, my friend's order was wrong. The server insisted on taking it back to the kitchen, though my friend said itwasn't necessary. Another 15 minutes passed before her omelet arrived. From there, the food was enjoyed. We left the restaurantbetween 2:30 and 2:45. By then, there seemed to be no wait time for anyone who might have come in afterward. This location seemsbetter suited for carry-out orders only. Although on our way out, we saw a handwritten note had been placed at the registersaying "No Takeout Orders Between 1 and 5 pm. Bottom line: good food, zero hustle. Use to eat here a couple times a yr in 05'-08' always great. Renee greeted and seated with a pleasant smile . Then Renee flipped... a switch and her voice changed and she became verbally aggressive with my waitress who just arrived to my table to offer drinks.IHOP is half full and everyone is watching.. Renee then carried on inside the kitchen in the same behaviour. We couldn't see herbut we still could hear her . I thought Renee must be the manager. So I inquired only to find out Renee is not management andhas been employed over a decade. Renee if after 10 yrs you are not promoted to management you will never be a manager and shouldrefrain making a spectacle of yourself and making customers uncomfortable. Seat the patrons and stop behaving inappropriately ormaybe she should be promoted to dishwasher where she can't be seen or heard. Read more
We visited on a Saturday morning with about 20 people. We could not be more happy with our experience and food. Mrs Violet and... crew were very friendly and so efficient for such a large group unexpectedly. We?ve found our breakfast spot whenever we visitColumbia. Read more
I ordered through Ubereats. First off, I placed my order around 12 AM and didn?t receive it until 2 AM. My delivery person told... me it was because they apparently only had 1 cook in the kitchen, which I could be sympathetic to because there are staffshortages everywhere. That didn?t change the fact, however, that my order was partially incorrect when I got it. Instead ofreceiving a side of hashbrowns with my steak omelet , I received soggy, undercooked pancakes that literally broke apart when Ipicked them up. The omelet was okay; I didn?t finish it. It?s New Years and the manager going to say he couldn?t serve us, mind you we made reservations since Monday and when we get... here tonight they going to tell us that can?t serve 25 people. That?s isn?t fair and we all are hungry and had our hopes up forfood here. I am hurt and my family are as well. The isnt right at all. 0/10 I order my food and I got it wrong , they were out of lettuce , my server came and drop the food and never come back , I?m... not sure if it was the manager , but it was a nice man, he ask me was wrong , I told him that my bacon was missing and help meout with that, I?m not sure if the server got mad about it , but she came back and drop the check without asking if it was splitit or not ,literally after the men drop me the food , we didn?t ever start eating yet , she never came and check on us , wewere without napkins and she never came to refill the water , but let me tell you she was on her phone really happy!!!!
