The cookies were good, cashier was great. The other workers was rude and only express the promotions to a "particular" group of... people. I thought maybe I was off, but I saw him skip over another group of people that looked like me. He told those behindthem about the specials. IMO focus more on customer service. Read more

We arrived at 10:50 and were told it was going to be a 15 min wait because they were low on cookies; fine, no big deal. But the... cashier was rude about the entire process. It is now 11:16 and they have given everyone ahead of us their cookies while we arestill waiting on 3 choc chunk and 3 snickerdoodle? nothing crazy. Looking at the photos I thought why not instead of baking my own dozen freshly baked cookies at home to later receive a order... that I made from this place the price of 3 dozen fresh cookies I could have made at home but again I thought why not... Iordered from uber eats so when my cookies arrived which were ahead of time they weren't warm the were all really hard and cold 2tasted like chocolate chip vegan cookies they weren't sweet and they had a very strong after taste of wheat grain it was verydisturbing, disappointing, and disgusting. But for different experience you would have to physically go to this business andverbally tell someone to bake your cookies fresh not from a hotbox please and thank you your experience maybe excellent but whoknows.
