The place was very busy and short staffed but the workers did as well as we could expect. Lost a star since the chicken tenders... had obviously been cooked a long time before we arrived so they were very tough. Sides and biscuits were delish. Read more
Nearly $60 for two family buckets, the strips were on the small side but good flavor. The fried chicken was so greasy the... breading was soggy as falling off the chicken, it did not taste good at all. We had a 30 minute wait and the sides and biscuitswere all cold. Not a good experience. Read more

We ordered our food and were pulled to wait on the popcorn chicken which was fine. But when we received our food the French... fries were cold. I don't understand why if I'm already waiting for one item why give me cold fries. The guy at the window wasfriendly and pleasant but I would prefer a completely fresh meal next time. Read more
I did drive through and because I was checking my order before I moved from the pickup window because of experience in previous... orders I was told to drive up because someone was behind me, (just one vehicle) when I went home the extra fries was not in thebag. I ordered spicy chicken and got some sauce running out all over the sandwich the mash potatoes my kids did enjoy the wingstasted stale. I told them am not going back there. Read more
I ordered a $5 Fill-Up with 2 original thighs and coleslaw. I specifically told the cashier that I didn't want fries. The... inside is closed, so I went back through the drive-through to get a side of coleslaw. Got home and had a thigh and leg withfrench fries. Also, coleslaw had hair in it. Customer service is HORRIBLE! 0/10 wouldn?t Recommend! Definitely need more extensive training to be taking orders in drive... thru! Very rude and unprofessional. Cut me off mid sentence multiple times while placing order. Was getting frustrated because Uasked questions about the menu. Won?t be back EVER! Read more
