Rude woman. I'm never going here again. No customer service. No customer help. Attitude on a million. Like if you ain't want to... work today then why you come here cause you gone get customers. Not every one customer is going to know the rules to theestablishment and you don't have to be so rude when answering questions. You are literally there to help customers get pizza thekind they want and whatever else they been. Be professional to the customers we deserve that much to keep the establishmentrunning. Read more
Normally they have 4 hot & ready pepperonis ready. Had to wait 15 minutes this time. The pizzas were as expected.
1st time. Ordered online, the web status never update to pick up pizza. Went inside and pizza waiting behind the counter and not... the pick up portal. Pizza was okay. Bread was warm. It was a quick lunch for the family. 3 stars for inconvenience and food wasokay. Read more
Usually the pizza @ this branch location is legit. But I think they were running behind and gave me a pizza that was supposed... to be something else. It's ok if I would have to wait but just make them like you always do. Don't do that. You know thatdidn't look right. They were nice and professional and gave me a fresh one. All is well. Read more
The woman that is the manager behave like she the pizza police or something. Her Attitude is off. Dont like the way fix pizza.... She charges for condiments like the garlic butter sauce, not the one in the cup as the pizza comes out the oven and brush thegarlic butter topping all over. Not only that they've taken pizza that was already made reheat it put the toppings on like itwas freshly made. If Im ordering something Im order what I want how I want cause Im paying for it. The staff is very friendly. The pizza is always ?hot and ready?! LOL Food is never burned, ingredients are always tasty. The... wait is not long when you order something not on the regular menu (like pep and bacon ???? ). I stop here regularly, especiallyduring the summer, for the kids as the heat makes cooking unthinkable! They love it as well. Read more
I only order the Extra Most Bestest Pepperoni pizza so I ordered one a few minutes ago, check it and it's a regular pepperoni... pizza with no extras. I tell the manager and she pulls out a regular pepperoni pizza that looks exactly like mine with no extrasand says "this is a regular pepperoni, yours has way more." She said the extra most bestest gets 54 pepperonis. I was hungry anddidn't feel like arguing so I just go home and count them. There was only 37, just like I thought. I even counted the onesmissing from the picture too. This will be my last time eating from this store. Read more
