No front desk - friendly reception. All staff members appeared to be very busy with drive through or Kiosk orders. Walk ins not... using technical meal order devices or drive through are mostly overlooked. That's based on observations. Read more

I have nothing to complain about, though all my visits have been in the drive thru in the morning. I use the mobile app to go... ahead and skip ordering at the speaker and I think that makes it a lot easier and faster for me. Sometimes there's a wait butthat's kind of something that just happens. Delivery was fast but didn't receive everything I ordered. I had two items that was missing. They need to do better with... delivery. Pay attention to customer orders. Food was good . That was the only upside to it. Read more

Great place to get something quick to eat. Staff for the most part is great Shake machine is always down or they don't clean it.... Sometimes they do close early and will ignore you. Read more

Had to wait in the drive thru line to be able to park to go inside due to delivery truck parking. Went to use the kiosk, oh... guess what, it had no table top number to put on your order so I made one up. Well, then the debit card machine didn't work.Told me I had to take the receipt to the counter to pay for it. Guess what, no receipt printed. So now I'm waiting with severalothers but no one is at the counter taking orders. Go to a different kiosk that worked for someone else, it was faster andworked. Well, I ordered my food for dine in. That don't matter they put it in a bag. So why did we have to use a table topnumber if we go to get our food in a carry out bag. They literally put 4 packs of ketchup in the bag for 2 adult meals. And 1pack in the kids meal. Guess they don't know toddler's eat ketchup on everything. Went and asked for more ketchup was met withattitude and told we put some in the bag already. They gave us maybe 3 more packs. One item was missing from the kids meal Iordered but decided not to argue with them over that. Especially after the attitude with the ketchup. I asked for a refill onmy drink, she brought a cup and I thought I would get get a new cup but she said she had to pour it into my cup. Ok no problem,but I didn't want more ice. Ordered on the mobile app and never received food. Then they kept telling me they have no order and I?m showing it to them on my... phone. They wouldn?t give me what I ordered and still had the nerve to charge my card. Telling me if we didn?t make it or cashout then it won?t charge me and it did! After waiting in a long line in this summer heat and wasting gas with these crazy pricesto be denied food I paid for! Absolutely unprofessional and they were rude! Not to mention I?m pregnant and was very hungry!They need a whole new staff of employees! Read more

Don't go to this McDonald's right at 10:30 if you want lunch. We pulled up to the speaker they made us wait probably 6-7... minutes. The exterior menu changed to lunch but we tried to order lunch they said their interior system hasn't changed over yetand I couldn't order lunch. Their breakfast to lunch transition is not smooth. This McDonald's should be SHUT DOWN!!! My husband and I came here after work on 11/30/2021 to get something quick to eat. He... ordered the Mcrib and as you can see it was poorly made, no bbq sauce, patty cold and the fries were cold and nasty as well. Wedid not check our order before leaving the window, instead we pulled up and checked the food and realize it was wrong. Got backin line and got to the window and the rude employee stated we're closed and we can't refund you. I then request to speak withthe manager. She yelled for the manager Freda then stated these rude customers was at the window. The wannabe manager Freda thenstated she was not going to refund us nor remake the burger and we could return in the morning for her to remake the order.WORST MANAGER & CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! UPDATE....We returned the following day and the manager was not there the entire day,therefore she lied! She wasn't scheduled to be there that day. Read more
