Don?t try to make a mobile order and pick it up at this store. I made a mobile order and sent my dad to pick it up, gave my... order code, and they said at the counter that they couldn?t find it. He provided the order code to multiple cashiers as well asa manger and they said that wasn?t a real order and that he wasn?t telling the truth about the order, but that he was welcome toorder there. I had made the order online cause I was using points to get free food. I had to send several screenshots of myorder as well as talk on the phone, and even then it took a while for them to agree to make my order. 20-25 minutes in drive thru. Food was cold. Ordered using app so it probably sat for 30 minutes getting cold . Threw part of... order in trash. Drinks we good though. Staff was pleasant. Garbage food is not good for business. Wife refuses to eat at anyMcDonald's again. Read more

The line takes a long time, they could benefit consumers and works by having more people work at night. The worker forgot an... item for my order my only choice was to walk to the window and tell him that he left out an item from my order the food was goodthough when I got everything. Read more
This place is pretty poorly run. To start with I cannot complain enough about how poorly built the drive thru is!! Part of the... reason it takes so long to get through the line is that once you finally get your food it is almost impossible to leave thedrive through when the line is longer. The other part is the poor customer service, some of the workers clearly do not taketheir job seriously. Save your money unless you want to wait 30-40 minutes for subpar food. Read more
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I sat in line at the drive for 15 mins. I get to the intercom and wait 10 more mins because the... worker didn't know what to do so I go inside and wait 5 mins to order while two of the workers stand in front of me arguingabout who's doing what. Then I wait 20 more mins after ordering my food. I watched as the worker bagged my food and then walksoff for 5 more mins. At this point I'm disgusted so I left without getting the food. Ridiculous! Went through drive through and young guy (supposedly his TWIN also works there) working that handed us food was rude. We waited... a long time for them to only hand us 1 item then proceeded to shove another bag with just 1 more item. We ordered 4 items. Heasked for our receipt but still didn?t bother to look at it to see what we had. Rude workers for subpar food for terribleservice. I waited outside 15 minutes for my mobile order. When I finally went inside to get it, I was told there was no order on the... screen and nothing they could do. About a minute later, the guy went to walk past me to take my order outside. I advised it wasmy order, got home and had the oldest, driest, piece of chicken they had.
