I went through the drive thru at this location and as I watched the car in front of me since the car was at the window for over... 10 minutes having a conversation with the girl at the window while she was leaning almost out the window with her cell phone inher hand!!!! I arrived at this McDonald's at 6am right when they unlocked the door. I have a bus to take nearby and wanted to grab a quick... bite to eat. My go-to breakfast sandwich is a Sausage McMuffin and it was delicious. The bread was soft and buttery which ofcourse enhanced the taste. The second window person was terrible on customer service. I asked for sweet and sour sauce with my nuggets which it said on... the receipt and gave nothing but attitude when I asked for it. Everytime I go to this location there is always a attitude withthe people giving the food. They get a attitude when you ask for anything that is supposed to be in the bag already. I am donewith this location. If you don't want to be friendly please get out of the customer service industry. The owner really needsto look into his staff and get rid of the bad seeds in there. Ordered two Mcdoubles with extra onions. I got 2 old blackened, crusty, dry Mcdoubles with slmost NO ONIONS. Didn't feel like... wanting in the drive through line. Stopped here to eat at a ?kid friendly? place on the way back for vacation in October of 2022. They wouldn?t let us have a high... chair for our baby because of the ?pandemic?. Absolutely ridiculous. The pandemic is over. And they are allowed to be back therecooking my food without a mask on but my baby can?t have a high chair to sit in.
