At 6:21pm me and my buddy walked into the lobby to order some food and the manager started to swear at us about the lobby being... closed, also accused us of bursting through the door. I don't know who hired this woman or gave her a manager position but thisis completely unprofessional and we will be in contact with the corporate office. Rude workers and still got the order wrong. I couldn?t get back in line because the line went into St. Andrews road.. What was I... to do? going on 1030 at night missing two large fries I need to get a meal for my husband and I and the kids it was 30 bucksthat?s a lot of money and you gave me one small fry? Breakfast is always my favorite time to visit this location. The staff working morning shift is always quick, friendly and... accurate with the orders. I had an excellent Quarter Pounder with cheese, and I requested added lettuce and tomato, with ketchup added. This was a treat... for me, as I usually eat salads or grilled chicken when I get a takeout order. The hamburger was perfectly delicious! Read more

Ordered mobile, went inside and got my food before orders at the counter had already placed theirs. I really like that because... if you order on-line, pay for it and then come in to get it...you don't have to wait in line like at the drive through. I only wanted a large fry no salt, after paying almost 4.00, with only a medium amount of fries, waiting 40 minutes, just to... hear a rep say you should have done the no salt order before you added salt! There was no apology, no type of cleanliness ofgloves touching my food, no hair net to cover me mounds of weave, and sweat dripping ponytails.
