I ordered on the app (free large fries!), pulled into drive through and said my name, pulled around and spoke to 2 very pleasant... and friendly employees, and had my food in minutes. If I could give them zero stars I would. Went through the drive thru. When I got there there was a vehicle in front of me. She... was trying to get the employees attention to order so she pulled up a bit and got out and came back to the mic. I asked her whatwas going on and she said she thought maybe they couldn't hear her over the car. But she still got no response. She got back inher vehicle and left. I pulled forward to the mic and waited for about 5 minutes. The whole time,and while the other customerwas here, orders were being taken on the mic closest to the building. Finally, some guy answered the mic. I asked him why theywere taking orders in the other drive thru and just letting us sit in the one I was in as well as the customer that left and hisresponse was (very sarcastically) "Are you going to order or not". I went inside and the manger was in the dining room and shesaw me come in. She took my order as I was explaining to her my experience. I, as well as my friends, dined in. The whole time Iwas there I could hear the conversation in the kitchen and let's just say this, I'm not made of flour and water so I amdefinitely not a "cracker". I have never in my life seen such a blatant disregard for customer service in my life. The entirecrew, manger included, that was there that day should be fired. I never thought I'd give a 5-star rating to a McDonald's, but I was super impressed with this one, particularly the awesome... staff! The evening staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my kids and I had a good dine-in experience!The order was made right, the wait time wasn't long, and the food was prepared excellent! This used to be the better location to go to, but it has definitely gone down hill. They close at random times! It's to the... point where if it's past 9pm, it's a 50/50 that the location is going to be open. Unsure if it's a staffing issue, but it's veryannoying. When they are open, the drink machines are down a lot and the fries are very hit or miss. Read more
Woman at the drive through didn?t seem to understand what we were saying. We were picking up an online order and trying to... order more, and she did not let us order more but then for some reason thought that we had a second order, even though shedidn?t let us place one, so we had to go inside. Don?t know why the people working the drive through have no ability to listen. Read more
When you wait in line patiently and pay $8 for a quarter pounder with cheese meal and this is what you get. Not sure wth they're... thinking over there. Not cool. Ordered two adult happy meals, got there and they didn't have them. Gave us regular 10 piece meals and was still charged the... full amount( six dollars more for the same thing). Staff was rude, told me they were out of ketchup as I was looking straight atit. Will never come back again. Read more
