Prices went up and service went down. I can tell they don?t have the same managers and it shows. They are extremely slow and... backed ups with food all down the line. They are fully staff but there is no sense of urgency to move faster. They wereextremely slow then some mix users happened where a person was brought from the front of line back and placed in front of me.The manager apologized but he should have kept her upfront and corrected her item himself. But the line was just in a standstillwith 6 orders waiting to go down the food line. I ended up leaving because I didn?t want to be there all night since theyweren?t in a hurry. Moe's was great, during a teacher in service day we had a long lunch discussing classroom strategies. It was not too busy either... that service was quick and inviting as you're greeted with a loud "Welcome to Moe's!" by the staff. Traffic in the place startedto pick up once my little party of three was done. Definitely will stop again another day. Read more
Placed my order online and it stated that it would be ready at 5:46pm. Walked in to get my order and it wasn't ready. Waited 15... min before someone realized my order was overlooked. Instead of the manager (Leo) apologizing for over looking my order, he toldme next time do not order online on Friday's but to come inside because they have a lot of door dash orders online. People were nice and friendly , but restaurant was overly dirty . The booths , floors and tables were disgusting. This was my... first time visiting Moes and my last time. I believe that if a restaurant isn?t clean, you can not trust their food . I?mutterly disgusted and want the call corporate. Spent almost $20 & had to take my food to five guys to eat , because the placewas clean and sanitary . They need to close Moes down and strip the place and start over . Read more
Steak was extremely dry and tough. I was staying at the Hampton inn which was a mile away. The lid was not put on top of the... bowl correctly so it came off half my food ended up in the bag. They also didn't put a receipt in the bag so now I can't getreimbursed from my company that I work for. So a total waste of approximately $13. I will not be visiting anymore Moe'sanywhere. The quality of the food has gone down extremely. The staff was very friendly but that's about the only positive I cansay about this visit. Read more
I?ve never been to Moe?s before and all I can say is wow. Absolutely delicious. The ingredients were fresh, tasted good and... actually HOT! The salsa bar was stocked and clean! My stack was amazing and huge! The restaurant was packed, which means they?redoing something right! They were very quick and efficient. Bryan was very pleasant and super helpful to this first timer! I used to love Moe's. I went every Monday for Moe's Monday's. I stopped going a little before the pandemic started. I went today... and was very disappointed. I don't mind the price going up if the options are going to be the same. They took the price up andthe options down. They no longer have mushrooms, lettuce, fresh diced cucumbers, Etc. I have a lot of money in Rewards so eventhough it was Moe's Monday, I asked the young lady to use my rewards money because I don't plan on ever coming back. I don'twant to pay for something and not get what I want. I'm not sure if this is all Moe's locations or just this one, but I'm highlydisappointed. Read more
