I have come to this Panera since my daughters moved to Columbia for work and school. This evening was just pitiful. I know... staffing has been difficult, but the women's restroom had clearly not been cleaned in hours! We arrived at the beginning ofdinner time with hardly anyone was here - to have a bathroom in as deplorable condition as theirs was speaks to terriblemanagement. Update!!! I saw a girl with long dark pink weave wearing rainbow tie-dye crocs digging her fingernail in her ear while eating... food up in the public view. Half way wash her hands, then make food. I?m 100% sure if a health inspector was here today, thisplace would be shut down Read more

I live in Phoenix and I travel for work all over the country. I frequent this particular Panera often because of a local project... in working on, and when I say this is the worst Panera I've ever been to, I mean it is the absolute worst Panera. Customerservice is at an all time low. Cashier was friendly, but that's where it ends. Every single time (literally every time) I orderhere the food is delivered not as ordered. Often it's not even delivered as advertised! I've probably visited this Panera 20+times, because I'm a glutton for punishment I guess, but this time finally broke the camel's back. All the negative reviews sofar I've read are true, dirty, poor customer service, garbage all over the trash cans and around the tables, you have to cleanthe tables, and the food whole good, is expensive for poorly prepared and minor servings. This trip I got the chipotle avocadosandwich, there's no cheese, a tiny slice of avocado, and the red peppers are falling off our barely seen. I have continuedcoming back because I love Panera, and I think the good is healthy and delicious, but this place sucks. Read more

I am big on cleanliness, and I don't know what it is with Paneras here, but in the Midwest they were clean. The people here are... lazy, and the epitome was sitting on her butt piddling on her phone when we walked in, and 90% of the tables were dirty. I hardly ever go to Panera Bread and decided to try it out tonight. Well, maybe not! I got there right before closing and the... young lady who took my order did so without hesitation. However, when I went down to pick my sandwich up, that young lady rolledher eyes and sucked her teeth that she had to make my sandwich. She then proceeded to yell down to the cashier, ?Isn?t it8:58?!? Needless to say I asked for a refund because I would prefer someone making my order that wants to. Working at Panera Bread may have been the worst decision I have ever made. One thing I heavily enjoyed is communicating with... different customers and trying to give everyone the best experience they have. But mainly is the staff wise. Also, I tookpictures on how the place look and the food look. I would have time to try to do something about it, but when you?re the onlyperson who had to run the register for the whole breakfast segment?can?t really do anything about it to be honest. Also I reallydo feel bad for everybody to purchase some high priced food, that doesn?t please them. I tried serving and working withdifferent customers the best way I can but, having to be the only cashier until 1 or 2 pm, it?s so terrible for me. I had tomake drinks, prepare bagel orders, getting pastries, running the register. It be times that I wanna cry so badly, because Ican?t really get any help from the rest of the employees (excluding maybe a person or two people who would willing trying tohelp). For the ones who come in the morning to get like bagels and coffee and all. Thank you for your awesome and amazingservice you guys give to me. And for the ones who I managed to give them a difficult time with their order, I am heavily andtruly sorry. I wish there would be some way to repay each and everyone back. For the ones who looking for the jobs to start offwith, you can work at Panera Bread, but not this location.
