Just wanted to highlight good work when I see it. We come here often, as well as the Killian branch. It is usually pretty... gross here. Floors need swept, tables need wiped down; usual stuff. Today I walked in and the place was clean, and it took meoff guard. I was thinking, "Finally they hired someone to clean this place." Well, they happened to transferred the guy thatkept the Killian branch nice, and that is why it was clean. I told him his hard work doesn't go unnoticed by customers, and Idon't want it to go unnoticed by management. I suspect this place will be better maintained from here on out and be a morecomfortable place to hang out. Read more
Really disappointed with this meal . Soup was warm , sandwich bread was stale . My son's mac n cheese entrée was gummy and kids... portions. Second sandwich is the new Spicy Take , didn't even come with the special sauce to go not the sandwich . Just reallydisappointed with the whole meal . And they didn't care . Quality of the food was good, quantity of food was terrible. My wife and I first time trying, spent $30 on 2 half sandwiches... and a bowl of mac&cheese. We left there and went to bojangles to fill up. Read more
It was sooo... good. I wanted soup so I ordered a bowl of soup and 1/2 sandwich. I didn't need the sandwich, so took it home.... When I saw the size of the bowl I was in shock. The broccoli cheddar soup was Mmmm... and it was served hot unlike manyrestaurants, just how I like it. So I?m Vegetarian and I love there Mediterranean veggie sandwiches ????. But today I got a pick two with the sandwich and the... New Mexican soup. First was the sandwich it wasn?t a big deal to me cause it?s not like a bug or anything but there was aplastic knife in the sandwich. Also I was eating the soup and I noticed my soup had this texture and I figured it was thepotatoes but no as I was eating I decided to look at it, it was meat I think it was turkey but it?s the fact that it wasincluded in the soup I?m over here looking up the ingredients cause I swear there was no meat in it . Believe it or not, this is my first time having Panera...I ordered the Thai chicken soup and turkey avo BLT and it was... delicious. I honestly didn't expect the soup to taste as great as it did but after the first spoonful I basically drank it fromthe bowl ???? Read more
The last 2 times Ive ordered Mac and cheese here they?ve given me half a bowl. What?s the point of charging $11 for Mac and... cheese that you microwave in a bag if you?re not going to give me a full bowl? Then when you order a small they give you like 3bites, and it?s still $7. They?re always out of food, and the service is always incredibly slow. I?ve also found a couple hairsin my food on multiple occasions. They got a B rating a couple of years ago I haven?t forgotten. Read more
