I ordered the Fuji Apple salad and I couldn't eat it. It looked as if it had been thrown together. The greens were weltered and... there was hardly any toppings on it. I asked for cucumbers since they were out of tomatoes and there was not a cucumber in site.I was not pleased with the presentation of the food at all. I doubt if I ever go back since this is the 2nd not so goodexperience I've encountered at this place. I gave 2 stars only for the service. The young lady who took my order was really niceand when I returned the salad the gentlemen who refunded my money was nice as well and offered me a free cookie. Read more
Ordered 2 small coffee. All of the coffee canisters we're empty. The cashier went to the back to retrieve fresh canister of... light roast coffee. When I attempted to get coffee, that canister was filled with water. The cashier apologized and said itwould takes 15- 20 minutes to brew the coffee. So I requested soft drinks instead. But the drink machine was out of order andthe only had hot or ice tea. The cashier told the manager what was going on and I was refunded my money. Now back to the tea, Ichoose 2 ice teas, but containers of all the teas were empty. It appeared that the store was short staffed as people werecomplaining of a long wait for their food. Read more
When you walk in and order at the kiosk it says to "have a seat and wait for your name to be called," when you finish your... order. I waited 20 mins then went to the front to ask where to get our food. Apparently you go to the "rapid pick up area" forall orders. So we waited at this area for another 5 mins. When we were waited on, I found my son's turkey sandwich was justsitting to the side, our coffees already made and when asked if we had received the rest of our order obviously the answer wasNo? Our order wasn't prepared until going to the window. It was a little annoying and misleading. The bagel that was just"toasted" was cold and the pecan twist just had to be put in a bag. We were three people waiting to order and it took a long time because it seems that this Panera has run out of many things. No... more soups we were told, no more this sandwich and no more of that. So, we had to order other things and other customers justleft. By 7 pm, there was no hot water for tea, I was told they don't replenish hot water or coffee after 7 pm. As a matter if afact by 7:03 pm, they Removed the coffee containers altogether. Many customers were leaving because there was nothing toorder!!!!!! Read more
I usually order online and have very few problems. However, today, I ordered two sliced bagels at the counter. It took 25-30... minutes to receive them, even though I could see them sitting next to the toaster the whole time. They are probablyshort-staffed, like everyone else, but such a long wait for a bagel is disappointing at best. Read more
20$ for sandwich, a bowl of melted cheese they called soup, a drink and a .25 cent piece of French bread. The sandwhich... conditioned of dry chicken, lettuce, croutons, it had no seasonings and hardly any sauce. This is a he first time I?ve eatenhere in 8 years. The cashier forgot to add two brownies to my order, so they comped it which was great! I got to my hotel and discovered that... they had only given me one small salad and one large salad. I paid for two large. Their portion servings are for a rabbit. NowI have to go grocery shopping in order to feed my clients properly. Read more
