The worst Panera experience. Very unfortunate because I was a Panera fan prior to coming here on campus for grad school. When I was there on a Sunday there were very few employees working. All I wanted was a cup of coffee and I had to wait like 15... minutes to get service as there was a long line. Honestly there weren't many customers there which was surprising for a Sundaymorning... Right? The store itself is nice and it's in a good location. My coffee was good and I was able to sit and work onmy computer. I think they're just short handed. Read more
The staff is polite and helpful. However, they are very stingy on the meat. The past three times I've ordered different... breakfast sandwiches and I've had to move what little meat was on my sandwich to one side. Then I cut it in half so I'm noteating an egg sandwich. Management is great here! The supervisor went out of her way to make sure that I got the correct food and made sure that it?s... dairy free, since I have a dairy allergy.
