Everytime I order from Pizza Hut on Hardscrabble Rd in Columbia SC my order is never right. If I order a pizza it's never done... right, if u ask for extra cheese or not to put on something you don't want on your pizza it's ignored it seems that don't go bywhat's on the ticket or they have people who are unable to read making the pizza's. If I could give 0 stars, I certainly would. I ordered our dinner and the delivered pizza was absolutely horrible. Only the... cheesesticks were enjoyable. The pizza was not cooked thoroughly. The dough was thin and soggy so you couldn't even pick aslice up without everything just falling off. Typically, cheese on pizza is gooey and sticks together, but our cheese justbroke apart and had a weird, unusual taste to it. I honestly feel as though I should be refunded for the entire $37.37 asneither of us were able to eat a full slice of the pizza. Read more
This was the absolute worse experience I have had at this location. We ordered the pizza as a pick-up. Upon returning home and... opening box, I realized the pizza was not baked properly. I called back several times and the call center attempted to transferme to the store; however, unsuccessfully. Someone would answer then hang-up. I completely understand that the location appearedto be short staffed, and the staff seemed to be doing the best (under the circumstances), but this is unacceptable. The pizzalooked like lasagna...cold lasagna. Is there not a manager to supervise? I am disappointed in this terrible level of service. Read more
Since they started using the call center to take orders, I haven't been able to successfully place an order. There's always... issues with the order because of the language barrier. When I try to get someone to correct order they transferred me to thestore and the store transfers the call back to the call center. After 30+ minutes I gave up. I do not recommend this location. This location rarely has their business in order. Pizza not being made on time. Closing the store before regular business hours... with no notification to customers. Staff hangs up phone, and doesn't bring out pizza for curbside pickup. Pizza Hut Corporateoffice needs to get this store in order.. I heard a lady in the store complaining about being charged on her debit card, didn'tget the pizza when she went to pick it up, and then she had to wait a week to get her money back.. I had the same thing happento me. I ordered online. I paid for my pizza. When I got to the store at 8:40pm, they decided they were closing early thatnight because they just wanted too.. so I didn't get my pizza, and I had to wait over a week to get my money back.. I endedhaving to re-order and drive to the Two Notch Rd store to get a pizza that night. A second time, they pulled the same stunt withnot making my pizza because they were too backlogged with orders. Even though I ordered online 45 minutes prior to pickup. Iended up giving my money to Dominos pizza that night. The pizza hut location at Rice Creek Village get an D- for their poorcustomer service and not knowing how to run a business. Read more
Buyer beware! I ordered 3 items and every single one was messed up. The pizza was literally falling apart. The crust was not... even attached on 90% of the pizza. The pasta had probably a third of the sauce necessary to keep the noodles from being dry,burnt, and crunchy to the point of being inedible. And the boneless wings had 3 dabs of sauce tossed in and that was it. This isthe most ridiculous pizza hut experience I've ever had. I will not be getting anything else from this establishment. We are vegeterians. Ordered all veggie toppings. Found a piece of meat in our pizza. Really really disappointed. Had to throw... out the whole pizza. Extremely bad experience and unprofessional behavior of Pizza hut. Never visiting any pizza hut in USAagain. Spoiled it for life. Read more
I haven't had pizza hut in a good while. Ordered on line, got the exactly what I asked for & on time. Pizza was as hot when I... got it but if u know me. I always put my ???? in the toaster oven to get a little more crisp on the bottom. So it was fine forme. Overall excellent service. Read more
