Ordered 6 pizzas for a birthday party and had to trash a majority of the pizza do to only having sauce, cheese, and meat on 3... maybe 4 slices per box. Had to purchase other food to feed everyone. Horrible Read more
The pizza was better this time than the last time we had it. A little pricey. The Detroit style pizza is good, but more cheese... bread than pizza in my opinion. This location seemed to be struggling with carry out. I don?t know if they were short-handed orill prepared or just don?t have a good system in place, but if this visit is my measuring stick then they need to do some work. Read more

Called when arrived for contactless curbside, I'm a disabled Veteran, waited 5 minutes for someone to answer, then was put on... hold 15 minutes. I hung up and went inside. Got my order, no apology for the wait., but a pleasant greeting nonetheless. Got tomy van, opened the container of boneless breaded chicken wings to see maybe 5 good pieces and a bunch of tiny bits swimming inBBQ sauce. I placed my order at 4:04pm online to pick up at 4:30pm. When I got there I was told 5 more mins and I paid. I waited until... 4:55pm to ask if the pizzias they pulled out and just had setting on the counter were mine. They said they will go in a warmer,(had been just sitting there a good 8 mins) just waiting on chesse bread and cinnamon sticks. Then i Heard the lady ask wherethe cheese bread and cinnamon stick were. ( they never put them in). I wait another 15 mins. Get my pizzia. Walk out the door,check my pizzia. It's wrong. I order 1 large Hawaiian and 1 med pepperoni dinner bow with cheese bread and cinnamon sticks. I goback in I have 2 Hawaiian pizzas. Lady talks to the person that made them. Said she knew she messed up but had but it in behindand will be just a min (yet was going to let me leave with the wrong pizzia anyway). Wait 10 more mins no one says anything tome. Saw 4 pizzias come out, asked to speak with the lady before and told her I wanted a refund. It at that point had been over 1hour since I placed the order and me sitting there 45 mins. They had just put the pepperoni pizzia in the oven. The lady saysshe needs to get the assistant Manger for a refund. Come to find out the assistant Manger is the one that didn't make the cheesebread or the pizzia. At one point all the employees were just standing around. The blonde lady is the only one who knew whatneeded to be done. I received the refund and (messed up pizzia) I did not order. I will never return to this store. I didn'tleave the store until almost 5:30pm with my correct order and 2 of the pizzias were cold at this point because they had meholding them while I waited for them to fix the order. Read more
Ordered at 9:44pm it?s been an hour and the pizza still isn?t delivered. I stay 5 minutes away. When I called, no one apologized... for the wait. I asked for a complimentary drink for and was told no that the driver had already left which isn?t true becausethe pizza still isn?t here. Read more
