My online pizza order was made close to closing, around 11:50 pm. The Pizza Hut online order platform allowed me to place the... order and PAY. Only to arrive around 12:10 to find a worker had canceled my order. I was not informed before arriving (gas is$4.59 a gallon) and was given no reason for the canceled order. I walked out of Pizza Hut with no food item, or the money I paidfor the pizza. It has been more than 12 hours now, I still have no pizza and no money has been returned to my bank. If you wonder why your pizza is cold or taking too long to get delivered to you, you can thank the drivers who either don't show... up at all or take their time doing orders. If you are cool with a location like this that has mold everywhere in the kitchen andthe freezer then this is the place for you. If you wonder why your cheese/bread sticks are cold or look like they have beensitting in the heater oven it's because they have been sitting in the heater oven. We ordered two three meat pizzas delivered. The pizza was cold and like cardboard. It was supposed to be hand tossed pizza but... it was almost like a thin crust. Who ever put the toppings on was very stingy. It was almost like a one topping. Overall a badexperience. Read more
Ordered 3 pizzas from here.. Super Supreme, Thin edge pepperoni lovers and a chicken, bacon and onions pizza. I love pizza hut... but was highly disappointed with this location. First I want to mention that the super supreme and chicken, bacon and onionpizza had a gum line which indicates it was not fully cooked. I also ordered these pizzas with garlic butter crust flavor andthese pizzas had none. The thin edge pepperoni lovers pizza hardly had pepperoni for a pepperoni lovers. Picture below, you bethe judge. Last thing, I ordered curbside pick up, notified from the app that I was here and they never brought my pizza. I hadto get off and get it. I have ordered here twice since moving to this area. I've had a great experience each time. Their pizzas are delicious, stacked... with toppings and ready by the time I get there. Each time I enter the restaurant, it is clean and the workers are wearingmasks. I recommend this location. Read more
