Everybody I came in contact with at this location was wonderful. The guy that took my order didn't rush me through ordering and... listened to what I wanted. Didn't have to repeat anything. Pulled up lady was polite and super nice at the window. She noticed Ihad two small kids with me and told me to be careful feeding them right away since the food was warm. Placed a mobile order, went inside to get it thinking it would be ready to just grab and go. It seems the staff is young and all... of them honestly looked miserable. Their drive thru line was very long and the staff was just moving slow. Like they did notwant to be there and honestly you could see it on their faces. I wasn?t greeted at all and waited a bit for my shrimp and friesto cook. The manager, I am assuming the young lady in the grey shirt with the long braids is a manager, kept giving me weirdlooks as if I should not have even been in there. Her attitude was just terrible and I did not even speak to her. Finally got myfood, it was room temperature at best and I guess they mixed in spicy pieces to fill my 16piece when I requested mild which isnot okay because what if someone had an allergy or can?t handle spicy? I?ll give them 2 stars because the food was pretty good,but customer service should be a thing and none of the staff gave good customer service. Normally popeyes is great but this onenot so much. This Popeyes wasn't to the standard that I usually see. I travel for work and Popeyes is a great place to stop, especially when... they have the 5 PC special for 6.99. Two hardy meals for less than $4.00 each. Consistency is sometimes not there. Thisparticular place was cooking with old oil and it definitely makes a dofference. Read more
