Everybody I came in contact with at this location was wonderful. The guy that took my order didn't rush me through ordering and... listened to what I wanted. Didn't have to repeat anything. Pulled up lady was polite and super nice at the window. She noticed Ihad two small kids with me and told me to be careful feeding them right away since the food was warm. Took a bit at the windowbut truthfully for this kind of service I would wait any amount of time for fresh food and great customer service. Great job toall! I visited on 10/17 around 2:30pm! Read more
Placed a mobile order, went inside to get it thinking it would be ready to just grab and go. It seems the staff is young and all... of them honestly looked miserable. Their drive thru line was very long and the staff was just moving slow. Like they did notwant to be there and honestly you could see it on their faces. I wasn?t greeted at all and waited a bit for my shrimp and friesto cook. The manager, I am assuming the young lady in the grey shirt with the long braids is a manager, kept giving me weirdlooks as if I should not have even been in there. Her attitude was just terrible and I did not even speak to her. Finally got myfood, it was room temperature at best and I guess they mixed in spicy pieces to fill my 16piece when I requested mild which isnot okay because what if someone had an allergy or can?t handle spicy? I?ll give them 2 stars because the food was pretty good,but customer service should be a thing and none of the staff gave good customer service. Normally popeyes is great but this onenot so much. This Popeyes wasn't to the standard that I usually see. I travel for work and Popeyes is a great place to stop, especially when... they have the 5 PC special for 6.99. Two hardy meals for less than $4.00 each. Consistency is sometimes not there. Thisparticular place was cooking with old oil and it definitely makes a dofference. Read more
Although the Line was long and understaffed this particular day, no one complained. My food was hot and the Hushpuppy Shrimp... dinner was absolutely delightful and to my surprise more than I expected. Very tasteful with the perfect blend of spices andsweetness. Read more
I am so disappointed. I sat @ the drive thru for more than 5 minutes and NEVER got my order taken. I eventually pulled into... the parking lot and went inside. Normally I would not wait, but I wanted to treat myself. I went inside and ordered a ChickenSandwich Combo and 4 pieces of chicken, and paid. It took a few minutes, but I received the order and left. When I get homeand opened the bag, there was a Chicken Sandwich and 4 pieces of chicken and a biscuit. If I wasn't so tired, I'd drive backover there. Nevermind, I will never patronize that location again. For as much as I like to treat myself, Popeyes on KillianRoad, you get a failing grade today!!! Customer service is STILL important. Read more
Always good food. But the people and service was not the best. Realizing staff shortages the diningroom was closed. Drive... through or on-line pickup we were curtly informed. Guy beside me counted 8 employees. Several goofing around. When I ordered 2basket of fries had been sitting there. Not moving at warp speed I requested hot fries. Finally got the order with cold friesand repeated the request for hot fries. The lady on duty sent another worker over as she was, evidently, not pleased with me.Waited 3 more minutes for hot fries... and they were good. All in all, our visit took an hour. You can't tell me you went to Popeyes and didn't enjoy yourself! The one on Killian Rd is special! We walked in the door, the... manager and cashier greeted us, answered our questions, bagged our order, we're patient because my cards were acting up, andstill allowed us to eat and be care free!
