This post, 1 Nov 2022, is for all of you who like to complain about anything and everything. I am a customer and have never been... employed by Popeye's, therefore you cannot say that I am biased (Look up the definition). I've ordered from this Popeye'slocation numerous times. However, for more than a month, this location has been extremely understaffed. Lately, there have beenonly two people on staff, and covering the day shift. There are not enough people working at this location to have an eveningshift. Every time I go to pick up my order, the ONLY two employees who work the day shift always have a real smile, not forced,and a great attitude. Maybe due to them remembering me for treating them with kindness and understanding for being understaffed.Even with only those two employees working on an extreme skeleton crew, the food is phenomenal and still beats KFC and Churches.I am pretty certain that their understaffing has nothing to do with management, or at least not the shift lead. I offer foranyone who complains about this location to pick up an application for hire and find out what hard work really is. You will alsolearn a better appreciation for those in customer service and the food industry, because once you're on the other side of thatfood counter, other people will treat you in the same manner that you currently treat them. I haven't been to Popeyes for a while now. After traveling 4 from NC, I decided to stop in. 1. There's 12 cars in drive through.... I ordered a 2 piece snack ALL dark and an order of shrimp. I get home. I have a breast which I don't eat. And crumbs in the boxthat should have the shrimp. Maybe 4 we're actual shrimp. Old and cold good. And I paid $13.40. Disappointed and still hungry???? THEEEE WORST PLACE to ever go to. Always running out of food, no staff, no customer service , no nothing. Go early in the day or... not at all. The killian Rd Popeyes IS BETTER & never disappoints This Popeyes allowed me to order online through the app, thenI waited 15 minutes in the line for them to say they ran out of food (2 hours before closing) (No signs or no warning). This isthe Second time this has happened. Just shut it down already. I was able to get a refund through the app but i have to wait 5-10business days even tho they swiped it in less than a minute lol Read more
Long drive thru line because dine in was closed. Out of red beans and rice and mashed potatoes and gravy. The employees were... very nice but because Popeyes was under staffed they were overwhelmed. Read more
As a member of the community I feel everyone needs to know this; I went to this location on a Tuesday. I frequently go to any... Popeyes on Tuesdays to get the Tuesday special (the Tuesday special is a leg and thigh and a biscuit for $1.99) when I asked thecashier for three Tuesday specials she indicated that they did not honor the Tuesday special to which I said other locations doand she said that this one didn't. I think everyone should realize that Popeye's locations are helping the community out oneday a week by having a reasonable price box that's affordable for everyone but THIS one on Two Notch is so into making money andso money grubbing, that they can't be bothered to give back to the community one day a week. I just feel everyone needs to knowthat the food is great but that particular stance I think is deplorable. This location is in one of the more desirable andfinancially stable areas; however, Popeye franchises in much lower income areas DEFINITELY honor it, but not this one. Youdecide. It was delicious. Service was fast and they were accurate with my order. Went through the drive-thru and the parking lot was... very clean. The biscuits are delicious. I got the eight piece chicken nugget combo, and the nuggets are not spicy, which Ilike. And the breading was perfectly crisp. Read more
I'll have to say this was one of the faster Popeye's for drive-thru and the girl that took my order was nice. My complaint us... the chicken sandwich was just thrown together. Mayo just on one half and pickles on other half,pickles stack not even spreadout. The French fries were very small amount. Read more
Wildly inconsistent with long wait times during peak hours. When they get it right its really good but its more likely it will... be wrong. Sometimes you can get chicken that tastes like it was fried using the seasoning they use with their seafood. Mostcommon offender being the soda machine. Far too many times I have received a Sprite that taste horrible like the machine needsto be restocked or the soda machine equivalent to that. Read more
