Horrible customer service and relations. They stole my change bickered with me kept rushing me every time I had to buy something... called the police over a dollar I could keep going but I'm trying to coddle the children so they don't lose their 5hit. Eitherway typical Zombie venue. Couldn't even flatter it with a photo you guys have to go in person to see for yourself the switch upgame from employee to establishment is hilarious to say the least. QT is a great fuel and convenience store - had the best price on diesel when I was traveling to the coast recently - also was... easy to maneuver around with a trailer. Also friendly staff and clean bathrooms. Highly recommend. Read more
This is the best gas station I?ve ever been to in my entire life. The bathrooms are clean? And everything is organized and it?s... a calm environment??? In a gas station??? It?s unheard of. The customer service here is outstanding. I really love their grilled cheese and hot dogs. I'm not loving their tacos so much.... They also have Pizza (I have not tried). If you download their app and sign up, you will get discounts at QT. They have muchmore to offer than just gas. Read more
Just left from here. The girl in the cafe area must be new, because I ordered a California club wrap and said no Lettuce. She... gave me lettuce. I also ordered a chocolate milkshake. First she gave me vanilla. I told it's supposed to be chocolate. She saidshe fixed it, but when I brought it home to my son, there is hardly any chocolate flavor to it and it is soooooo watered down asif she put way to much milk in it. I'm disappointed, because usually their milkshakes are really good! Please re-train this girlimmediately. Other than that, the cashiers are really nice and the store is clean. Read more
THE FOUNTAIN DRINKS ARE ALWAYS WEAK. If you like a strong kicking drink buy the bottle soda there. The customer service is... awesome!!! There's a few things that could be corrected. The fountain drinks are never strong. They are always WEAK. The kitchenis barely open. When the freeze drinks are out the day before 10 hours later the SAME freeze drinks will still be OUT! Ifsomething is not up to par. They will NEVER apologize. Theres always an excuse but no apology. Read more
