Had a belated anniversary and an early lunch today with the wifey. Endless shrimp always good. Service today was outstanding... thanks to Willie. He’s amazing. Even sang Happy Birthday to her. Wish every day was filled with Margarita’s,Cold beer,Seafood,Biscuits and most of all love. Being with the ones you love….good food and fellowship are enhanced by all of thesethings. 30 minute wait to be seated. Another solid 20 mins for server to take our order. Hostess and server were nice. Team did a great... job with a packed restaurant. Yoy can tell they are trying. We were told they only have 4 servers on the floor. Food was a solid4/5. Buns on the burgers were toasted to hard to bite. Read more

Prior to COVID, red lobster was my go to restaurant at least once a week. The food was always fresh and service was... amazing. The downfall first happened when corporate decided to switch from coke products to Pepsi. Absolutely disgusting. Thisparticular restaurant, the Pepsi was flat and Pepsi generally speaking is not good. My server did problem solve and got me acarbonated Pepsi from the bar. On to the food and service. My server brought me a soda but failed to bring me biscuits. Nobiggie, he did it for every other table when the order was taken. He eventually brought some out after my observation. Iordered the endless shrimp. My server did a great job with refills and checking in. But the food. Boy oh boy. I absolutely loveshrimp scampi so I know how it should taste. All my orders tasted like rubber me had zero taste. Honestly it was nothing morethan shrimp put in a dish with scampi sauce thrown on top and put in a warmer. You get one side which I gotta fries whichconsisted of 15 fries and lots of burnt crumb's on the bottom. You are better off going to golden corral for $30 as person. Read more

Everything was perfect! The food was amazing I had the Lobster linguine and asked for mushrooms to be added, they don't have... mushrooms for that and our waiter Chase offered to personally cut some up to have them added to my meal which was also LOADEDwith lobster... could have fed 3 people!! We ordered to have our food picked up curbside, and was told to arrive in 30 minutes. When I got there I sent the text saying I... was there, and received a text 10 minutes later saying the food was on the way out. THIRTY MINUTES LATER, I called and was toldthey were still making my food because they had to make baked potatoes. I had no problem waiting, my problem was that they saidthe food was on the way out and it wasn’t. Good customer service would have been to send someone out to the car to say thewait was going to be longer rather than me having to call. Read more

Absolutely wonderful experience today. They have really improved over the last year. Everything was delicious and staff were... warm and friendly with the exception of the hostess. Definitely becoming a regular. Read more

This was the BEST dine in experience I've ever had. Our waitress was nothing short of exceptional.

You can tell that the wait staff is really trying but it's a struggle. The wait was only about 20 min but once we were sat it... took another 20 min for the server to come and get our drink and food order. Then fast forward an hour ... we get our appetizer... then.. 15 minutes more we get our food ... our salads never came. Most of the food was barely warm or flat out cold. Theserver asked of everything was OK and we let him know so the manager came over and spoke to us. He brought us our salads about10 min later and I got a new crab cake since mine was ice cold and in odd little pieces ... it was a terrible experience Wewon't be back to this location. Read more
