The first time ever ordering online and my food came out burnt, hard and cold so the manager gave me a gift card to come back.... We tried them again, placed the order online then called in the restaurant to make sure my order would be cooked and handledproperly. The staff member stated that she would check it and make sure it is correct. When I bit into my burger, it was pinkinside. I could have gotten sick from this. Two nights in a row. Never again. This is unacceptable. The manager was nice aboutthe situation and stated that they are fully staffed and she didn?t understand why this keeps happening but failed to explainwhat she will do to prevent it from happening again. Food was really good. We always had a fresh supply of drinks and our server was very attentive. They have a kiosk on the table... that allows you to pay without waiting for a check. This saves a lot of time. Read more

Service is always horrible here but I like the food so I end up coming back. Well, the food was nasty today too. My burger was... over-seasoned and not the quality that Red Robin is known for. There were numerous dirty tables in the dining room but themanager had a solution...move the contents of one table to another. The location has fallen since its opening standards. I walked in from the mall entrance & was greeted by no one up front. It was... a 5 minute wait to speak to someone. Once I was seated it was about a 10 minute wait to get drink & another 10 minutes to takemy order. When my food arrived , the burger was flattened, covered in oil & when I tried to take a bite it was so oily it fellapart in my hands. I called the manager over a very tall gentleman who appeared to have 0 concern at all for the presentabilityof the food his kitchen was serving. The manager was acting like nothing was wrong & kept justifying the awful appearance ofthe burger. Fries were oily , soggy & cold. The problem here is clearly management. The location doesn't have a leader thatleads by example or cares to uphold red Robin's standards. I have never visited a reb Robin this deplorable in my life. Thelamps above all the booth tables were filled with dust. Grease stains mark mostly all the seating. The floors are dirty , youcould see the level of disconcern by upper management. The location deserves a corporate investigation into the quality of care& red Robin's standards. My recommendation is a corporate week long quality assurance visit because in a day you can't correctall the issues at hand which start with the tops attitude. The staff was fantastic and the restaurant was clean. I got the master cheeseburger and garlic fries. The burger was good but... the bun was old and the fries were not crispy. I would go back and give it another try just because of the kindness of eachstaff member. Read more

I ordered fried pickles, a southern burger, with yukon fries, my husband went with steak fries and another burger I can't... remember the name... ordered cocktails, I had the sand in my shorts and then the red Robin lemonade with strawberry... yukonfries were not crunchy were hard! Had a bad time eating them I didn't finish them. As if they were old, is it the way yukonfries are supposed to be? The lemonade was horrible, only good was the strawberries, the lime or lemon juice was completelyartificial, had no real sweet and sour taste, was pure water some sugar and artificial plastic aftertaste.
