I am in the garners ferry rd location and it smells like ghetto and struggle in here! I promise I am not being mean. How does a... restaurant not smell like food. I'm very concerned about that. The manager was holding his baby and there is a clear need forpre-hire assessments and leadership training. I truly believe all of the employees are family and I'm not using it in a "companyculture" kind of way. I waited 15 minutes to learn they didn't even have the food available that I ordered. I know restaurantsare hardest hit right now for proper staffing...but please, y'all are a whole brand...Do Better, please!! Read more

This location is getting much worse every time I stop here. Today I got a Grilled Chicken Caesar salad. Most of the lettuce was... white. The chicken was not cut up at all. And it looked as though they shook it with the dressing. There was no cheese oranything other than lettuce and chicken. It's sad because they were not busy at all. Probably just didn't want to work. The staff were above average and very nice. Very knowledgeable regarding food allergies (we have multiple). The staff made the... overall experience really enjoyable. Regarding food.....I had steak which was average.. I should have had one of theirburgers. Salad bar needed to fill items but then again it was after the dinner hour. We were there at 7pm. My significant other and I stopped here before driving about 2 hours home from Columbia. Our server was Kelsey and she was... awesome. She checked in on us frequently and made sure everything was alright. We shared a mozzarella sticks appetizer ($8.49)which had 8 mozzarella sticks and some marinara sauce. For someone who likes to double dip with sauce, I will say that the cupof sauce is not enough, so I would ask for extra if you?re a big sauce fan. For my entrée, I had the bacon cheeseburger withfrench fries ($10.99). The burger was cooked medium, like I asked for, and it was nice and juicy. I am a picky eater, so I askedthat it basically come plain, just the bacon, cheese, and meat within the bun. The french fries were good, as well. I'm always disappointed SOMEHOW when I come here. But our bartender was a charmer! He's the nicest and the most attentive. It... was a whole reality show in there. You can't tell who works there because most are in regular clothes and got their kids atwork. Not to mention the salad bar is neglected because "momma got a date". The chef hooked up our wings too. If it wasn't forthe bartender (a short guy with brown hair and a great personality) and my wings, I would have left. Read more
