One server, bartender, busboy, etc. They LITERALLY ONLY HAVE ONE PERSON to do ALL these jobs! Service was horrible...to not much... fault of the one person working. Dont get me wrong there were two people up front...but they didnt help. However; this is the2nd time in about a 10 day stretch. So it seems as if the management is the issue. Schianos has great food and a nice atmosphere. Their pizza is best I have had in Columbia. Normally has great service. Last... night was a exception. Our waitress was very inattentive and generally disinterested. More training and a focus on customerservice would make this a better experience. Things like - bring water and refill drinks. Long wait for food - like almost anhour. Check on the table from time to time?basic stuff. Pizza was still great though. Read more
I was born and raised in NYC. Being in the military, I am constantly moving around the country. Wherever I am, I always look for... a pizza place that has that real authentic NYC taste because my family and I like to have pizza night once a week. We willnormally try every pizza place in the area looking for one that is just right. When I walked in to Schiano's, the look was justright and when I got home and tasted it, it was confirmed. I hear people, who have never been to NYC, talk about how much theylove NY-style pizza. As a former NewYorker, I can say that this pizza is as NYC as any pizza being made right now in Brooklyn orMercer and Waverly in downtown Manhattan. Thank you sweet sweet baby Jesus. Read more
Best pizza ever, we love this place so much! Of the two pictured we like the regular plain cheese and red sauce pizza best and... our children love it too. These are size Medium pictured and quite good sized. I also lived in NYC for a few years and it iseven better than the pizza there! Probably the best Italian food Ive had in Columbia. Entrees come with rolls and a greek salad. The Italian dressing is very... good. We ordered cheesy garlic bread, pasta with meatsauce and meatballs, and lasagna. All the food was delicious. Our severwas great, very attentive. All employees were wearing masks and were very polite. Giving 3 stars because the food is good when you eat there. We call for a delivery on a Friday night. It took almost 2hr to get... delivered we were fine with that because it was a Friday and at dinner time. The problem was the food was cold and they onlysent half of the chicken wings that were ordered. We did call to make them aware of the problem and they did apologize and sentout the rest of the order. That only took about 30minutes to get delivered. I just know if I want schiano's that I'll just haveto eat it there . Like I said food is really good just don't get delivery. Read more
This place is a nice little cozy Italian restaurant. It's located right next to the publix. I had the three cheese ravioli. The... sauce was excellent. My date had the spaghetti ???? ????. I have been here a few times . I will go again. The bread was warm and fresh. I was also impressed with the manicotti on a previous visit. Read more
One of my favorite places to order pizza from! Prices are amazing, and definitely worth it! 10/10 would recommend.
