Edit 5/18/22 Definitely can tell it's under new management! What a difference, 5 stars! 2/1/22: 3 star Definitely not the same... experience as the one off of Two Notch. I've done mobile orders twice now and they hadn't even started making the smoothie bythe time online said it would be ready. I'm talking about an additional 10-15 min wait past the order ready time. There havenever been a ton of customers waiting in line either to explain the delay, maybe 1-2? I like ordering online as I get thepoints, but when I go again I will just walk in and order directly. I really hope they get the glitches worked out and thatthis becomes a successful store! It's a prime location and a beautiful, clean new building, and obviously SK smoothies are agreat product! Took a long time to make over 15 minutes and then it wasn?t full. More than an inch below the top. It also doesn?t taste as good... as I have had at other stores. Read more
HORRIBLE customer service!!!!! So slow and I have gone a few times thinking maybe it was just bad day, absolutely not!!!... Management should fire the kids working there. They are clearly on drugs and move very slowly. Not to mention waiting over halfan hour for one drink that was ordered online Worst customer service ever!! Read more
Customer service is at an all time low! I've been to many locations where you are greeted as soon as you walk in! These... employees don't speak, they are not friendly at all, they keep the same gloves on when taking orders, money, and makingsmoothies. They seem really bothered when it comes to their job. Whoever owns this store has to do better with their crew members and management. Why is it every time I come here I?m always the... only one and it takes over 15 minutes to make my smoothie over 5 minutes just to get started, I mean moving like snails? like atthis point why is this store open? Their smoothies are the great. I order from the app so I?ve never experienced a delay. Try the app! You get crazy discounts with... the rewards, plus you get a free upsize on Friday, I think! Read more
