Would give it zero stars if I could. Thanks for making me waste my whole entire lunch time from work dealing with yall missing... my order up. Dude on the phone told me they would refund me and remake my order. I return, go to the desk, speak to someone andhe refunds me my money then takes my receipt and walks away without saying anything. I assume he is getting my order back in thesystem, I wait around a good 15 mins, ask someone if my order is being remade just for the same dude to come out and say "wedidn't remake it because we gave you a refund, no one told me anything about remaking it". I just walked out at that point.Thank you sonic for not only wasting my time, but not allowing me to enjoy my lunch break. Never coming back. Read more

I came to sonic on 11-04-2022 and asked for all my food to be cooked fresh. The only thing that was fresh about my order was the... onion rings my girlfriend got a chicken sandwich that was hard. My burger was warm and cold in some spot. The tots were coldas well. If I wanted cold food I would have went to Burger King but instead I chose to eat at sonic and got a bad meal. Read more

I ordered a small plain vanilla milkshake, mini strawberry milkshake and a mini reese's blast. For some reason, the small plain... vanilla had tiny nuts in it which was my husband's and he is allergic to nuts. Definitely not okay and doesn't make any sense. Read more

Ordering from the app is super easy, then you just enter the stall you've pulled into and they bring it right out!
I was impressed with this Sonic. The employees were very polite, and we had a short wait time before we received our food.
