Extremely long wait 30 + min although it was the only restaurant open around 10:30 11:00 Sunday night, but the staff evidently... had a difficult time following simple directions. If you tell them you only want AB and C on your burger and they put AB and Cand D. There is an issue. Read more

This is the best Sonic I've ever visited! The hamburgers were fresh, hot, and the meat was delicious. Amanda was our waitress... and she was friendly and carefully reviewed our order when bringing it to the car. The staff is very polite and respectful, great service. I messed up an order I placed, and they were respectful and explained... how I messed up and how to use the app properly. I was a little embarrassed but they were very understanding and helped me withmy lunch order getting fixed. Read more

Just paid 5.00 for a Super Sonic burrito (not a combo, just a burrito) that looked like it was part of a kids meal.... upon... further review there's no tots in the burrito. Disappointment. Edit: An apology from the owner but offers nothing to rectifythe situation. I used to work at Sonic but left the restaurant industry as a bartender in fine dining. I opened stores as aCorporate Trainer and trained employees AND MANAGEMENT for their position, leaving the industry only to start my own business.One thing I've learned is that a team is only as strong as their training and leadership. So it now makes sense why I had such alack luster experience. If management doesn't care to see customers satisfied why should the staff? I've never worked anywherewhere owners/management don't try to make it right and I wouldn't let any of my clients leave my business feeling like they hadless than a stellar experience. I'll take my money to another location next time, but I'm sure that doesn't bother you all inthe least! I hope y'all have the day that you deserve! Read more

Been sitting at the head of the drive thru for about 15 mins . Ask for water and they gave me a flat a$$ sprite. Then they gave... me a double cheeseburger when I specifically asked for 2 #1s. They labeled both sandwiches as #1 they were obviously twodifferent sandwiches. Goodness ???? Read more
