Have eaten here a number of times, and I am let down everytime! Currently I am parked waiting for them to correct my order for... the 3rd time, it's not thst difficult all our orders where requested with tots, and for se reason we got some fries and sometots...plain and simple the service is absolutely terrible!! Homeless people everywhere. Service is slow, staff is rude. But hey, half price drinks on the app. If you forget to order... ahead, just pull into a stall, order on the app and then immediately check in. Read more

Ice cream is always a creamy & very tasty. NICE! Sandwiches made fresh but staff needs training on what comes on the Everyday... Deals: Double Cheeseburger. We ordered two sandwiches made repeated requests not to add mustard & pickles. Staff response, thesandwich does not come with mustard. We received the sandwiches freshly made, no pickles so no complaints there but sandwicheswere filled with mustard along with ketchup & onions. Please learn the Menu. Read more

Last night went through the drive thru and the truck in front of me was asked to pull up to wait for their food. I was too.... After waiting about 10 mins I was given the wrong order. I pulled into a stall and let them know. 15 mins go by and nothing. SoI press the button again and they tell me ?the order is on the tray, it?s next?. Another 15 mins go by and still nothing, soafter pressing the button again and seeing the truck who got my food come back, get their food fixed before me, the manager cameout. He said they?d remake my order, mind you, I?ve already been told my food was made and about to come out. They liedrepeatedly and just let me sit there, they kept staring at me and if I wouldn?t have kept pressing the button no one would?veever fixed my problem. Read more

Stopped here after leaving a 4th of July celebration at 10:45pm and after placing our order and being told to wait in one of the... parking spaces, we waited for 30 minutes before I went in to see what was the hold up and apparently our food was sitting on thecounter the entire time. Manager never came to apologize or let me know what he was going to do to correct the issue, I juststood there and waited. Finally just got a refund and left. I will never visit this Sonic again. I usually order through the app and pick up in a stall. That process is very smooth. Delivery time to the car has improved a lot... recently. However, customization of the order is often ignored or overlooked. Also, I was charged $.59 for relish on a hot dogbut the app did not show that until check out, where it can be overlooked. I would not even give it a 1 star except that I have to to write a review. Used the order on line option for the Garners Ferry... Road, SC location. Wanted to pick up at 7pm. Arrived right at 7 checked in gave them my location. After waiting over 25 minuteswent inside. Got home and all my food was cold, no sauce for popcorn chicken, even the ice in drinks was melted.
