Do you have to be the same ethnic race to receive fair service nowadays? Feels like 1950s, but flipped. It's ironic that... certain groups want equal treatment and yet representatives of that group mistreat "other" races very openly. I ordered wayahead of the group that came in behind me. The barista who took my order first proceeded to work on their orders before evenstarting mine. They (more than 1) left within 15 minutes. I waited 30+ minutes. Store was not busy. It's very frustratingwhen you can clearly see that the barista is ignoring your service to fulfill her 'preferred' customers first. At first, Ithought that maybe their order was simpler and so she felt the need to work on it first, but that was not the case. It's noteven about the wait - it's the fact that the barista knowingly and willingly prioritized another group for the wrong reasons inmy face as I am watching this happening. I didn't feel welcome to speak up due to fear of backlash. The barista's actions wereignorant and no where near professional. If you want respect, give respect. **What makes anything great is always the people. This location deserves NEGATIVE stars. Good luck with business with employees like her. Was in this location last week ordered a Venti ice water add strawberries which I do order from Time to Time and it?s usually... under a dollar the guy tells me my total is almost 7 dollars for a water with like five strawberries. Manager confirmed this isthe correct price even though that?s never the price I pay for it so I just left came back this week to get a coffee and I sitdown at the table on my phone I?m in there for about an hour and I see the guy at the counter give out a free croissant a freebrownie and a free drink throughout that hour that I was there but I couldn?t get a water with strawberries make it makesense!!! This is why the Garners Ferry location will forever be my favorite Starbucks do yourself a favor and drive the extracouple of miles to go there! Read more

I enjoy when I am in Forest Acres coming to this Starbucks and getting my favorite cold brew with sweet cream! This store is... clean and roomy with loads of seating inside and out. I especially enjoy chilling on the outdoor couches! I could almost take anap when I go! The staff is always nice and helpful, even if they are super busy! Read more
