I have been attending school here on Fort Jackson and this Starbucks has been a regular stop. Their drinks are always made... correctly and the customer service is probably the best I have encountered in any starbucks. Their register employee isnormally the same woman. She always has a smile on her face and a truly kind personality. Her friendliness is contagious. Iwould definitely avoild this location on Family Days, but any other day I would recommend. Read more
Heather is awesome! She is always nice and friendly when I take my girls for an after school snack. One time she was closing and... we had just entered. All her equipment were washed already. My daughter really wanted a vanilla bean frap. Heather stopped whatshe was doing, and even though was closing in less than 5 minutes, she made the frap. Starbucks should hire more people likeher. we waited in line for over an hour and there were three people behind bar . this is not only extremely stressful for customers... but for the baristas and that is not fair . the employees are being overworked and not tipped and people are standing at theregister for 10 minutes trying to figure out what to order . we ended up getting to the front of the line after an hour and thenafter 10 minutes we still were not helped so we just left because we had to get back to base on time . there were employeesaimlessly wandering and not working behind the bar and they could have been helping the struggling ones behind the counter . theplace was completely a mess and trashes were overflowing and the drinks were spilled and it was loud and an uncomfortableenvironment . do better . The ladies that I this location were so nice. I spilled my coffee before I even got out the door? they cleaned it up and made... light of the situation. I was terribly embarrassed. Two weeks here for a class and I really enjoyed my stops here at this particular Starbucks. As busy as they can get on family... days they do an awesome job at keeping things running. The early morning vibe here is awesome for studying. I just recentlyrevised the published hours and it's pending approval so don't be fooled. They open at 0600, not 0530hrs. Read more
