It's sad that I have to give a bad review based on poor customer service BUT I must. I went to Starbucks in Target on Harbison... yesterday with my daughter. She placed the order for us. Usually, there is only a older man there to serve us but today therewas a younger girl helping him. (I didn't catch names) She was VERY rude to my daughter, only 14 years old... All she asked fora Iced Green Tea Lemonade with 2 Stevia and a cake pop. The young girl responded with a smart aleck remark, " Are you making upmenu items?" My daughter told the girl No, he has made this several times for my mom. He said "I don't remember that" She leftwith her cake pop and came back to me with this rude story and no Iced Green Tea Lemonade for me. Instead of confronting theseemployees, I think it's best to give it to Google Reviews. I truly believe if you don't want to give good customer service, thenfind another kind of job that suits you. **** I will update this review with these employees names soon!" Read more
The customer service is horrible here. I?ve been to several Starbucks without any issues, and yet I always feel like a burden to... whomever is working at this one. Please try and be better than this! Read more
